They wouldn’t let you return stuff, saying you have to return to the original location to return your stuff. If you plan to shop there just don’t because the bad management and their attitude!

I worked in Ross Dress for Less' shoe department once I was 17 years old. I enjoyed my time there while I was helping out. I still shop there. I love the items I've grabbed when I've shopped there.

Personally, for me, Ross is a decently nice place. However, it could be better, and I’d rather go to places like Target, or even shop online instead. The clothing is alright, with a few gems. It’s very friendly, and open place.However, the thing is, it can be very sticky. Often times, I see the floor has ice cream or something on it, and also some of the products. I understand this isn’t the fault of the store, but rather the customers, but it doesn’t make my experience very good.Ross can be amazing for those on a budget, but maybe there’s better.

Line was long for check out, and there were only two cashiers working. It wasn't worth waiting in line to lay one item. Going elsewhere.
