Bigger selection than some. When it gets crowded it becomes loud. Workers will try to keep it clean but some shoppers disregard their surroundings.

Don't come here if you're looking to return.. you will have to wait in a long line just to return your things and you can only do self check out with 8 items or less! Then what's the point?!! No wonder the line is so massive!Separate the lines!!;!

Bargain quality clothing- here’s the best store for it all across the USA! I visited both the Roseburg, OR and San Jose, CA stores and got items that are such a blessing to me. Also I need to commend them for this incident that happened. I mistakenly paid twice for an item at the self checkout counter and only discovered some days later as I was about to leave the USA. I was concerned because I was already in NJ and far from the store in CA where I did the purchase! But when I emailed their customer service I got a prompt response and a refund within 3 days! Wow! That blew me away
