I love this store. It's 10x better than any CVS or Walgreens I have been to. Real people who talk to their customers and provide actual service. Great pharmacy too.

I love the staff at Rite Aid. The store is close to my house, so I often go there. What I feel bad about is the level of stocking on the shelves. I assume bankruptcy is the reason for empty shelves, but it doesn't provide a sense of confidence about the future of the store. I urge management to find a way to keep the shelves stocked. It may require expenditures ytou would rather avoid, but you risk losing repeat customers otherwise, nopt only because the items one wants aren't available, but also because the atmosphere is depressing.

Reeducate the AP Winnie at store# 05988/05886 in minding her own business and not purposely eavesdropping on the conversation and staring at me and my significant other when conducting a transaction.
If I could give this review 0 stars I would because from one AP to another she needs to do her job better.

If I can say 0 out of 5 stars I would. Shelley was so RUDE & INCONSIDERATE!! She yelled behind me when I was looking up symptoms to avoid on medication- see attached screeshot photos, thank you. Then she ACCUSED ME and my friend of being "Tik-Tok"ers because I had my phone out. And went on about "if you're recording, that's not allowed in here. YOU BOTH HAVE TO LEAVE."
Even though I asked her why there's a recording in the next aisle for liquor, I can't record for my safety? She is NOT FRIENDLY to customers, even after she said hello when we walk into the store to shop. We believe that she should be retrained for customer service or have a manager present while she's on duty to supervise her inappropriate behavior.
Feel free to reach out to me, my friend said this wasn't her first time being scared away just for shopping at a pharmacy/convenience shop.

The woman clerk was very friendly; the store is huge, much bigger than the nearby Walgreens in Santa Clara, CA that we usually shop at. And this item, Suave Hair Conditioner, both our local store and the entire Walgreens Online System was completely out of stock. But Rite-Aid had it in stock, thanks a bunch.

Thrifty is nonexistent here. They still have signage for it and a small note on the cashier side by the display. The store itself looks really bare and the prices are pretty high. Safeway is right next door if you can't find what you need.

I am glad this Rite Aid is still open. The other two closest to where I live did not make it. They are my favorite of the pharmacy/stores...better lay out, service, and offerings compared to the others. Too bad that they seem to be shrinking.

Amazing place to shop and leave with a feely 'Good' enjoyable fun experience each time I visit. Over 10 years now, this Rite Aid is like a family community and I leave 'Happy'. I'm able to find most whatever my home/personal needs. The welcoming smiles, congenial energy, and attentive available help from long time employees Jose, Debra, Miriam, and the store manager John, to new faces makes a worthwhile store run.

So much nostalgia every time I step inside this store. I can still remember coming here for ice cream as a kid and how happy it would make me. Now I'm all grown up and I find myself coming here to fill prescriptions instead. They also don't deny abortion medication like Wallgreens does, so I applaud them for that.

Everything is easy to find here because the store is clean and organized.Store associates greet and even ask if you need help if they’re not mid-interaction/transaction with another customer.
