I’ve been working out with Bob for about a year. I was looking to add resistance training to my running program to make me a stronger runner and reduce the risk of injury. His location is really convenient and he has been really flexible with his schedule, meeting me early before I need to take my kids to school. For a time, Bob trained both my husband and I together, which was a lot of fun. Bob is very diligent about proper form and making sure to increase weights slowly and deliberately to avoid injury. I saw significant changes in terms of my overall strength and muscle tone. Working out with Bob has been a refreshing change from my previous experience with personal training.

My husband and I have been working out with Bob for about a year and I feel so much stronger! I had gone through a personal trauma and had not exercised in over a year and a half. I lost so much muscle during that time and felt so weak. Bob really helped me get back on track and get my strength back. He is a great trainer and really works hard to customize the workout plan for you. I highly recommend him!
