These pictures were taken the morning after but this hotel was very nice. Great staff and accommodations and actually really good breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here for New Year’s Eve. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable and it felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Oh the view to me was fantastic. Lastly it’s very close to the San Jose airport so that’s a plus.

Free airport shuttle to hotel was quick and efficient. Check in was also easy and quick. Clean room, spacious for 2 people. Quiet hotel. Good for quick trip.

Highly recommend this hotel! Was clean and accommodating with friendly staff. Was in town for surgery and had to make a last minute change in where to stay due to a bad Airbnb, SO glad to have found this hotel instead. CLEAN!! Every few days the hotel staff would check on me knowing I was recovering to see if I needed anything brought to the room or removed. Breakfast included, nice selection daily. Room had Mountain views out every window. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend!!

Fabulous hotel! Great service. Rooms were clean, wonderful with everything needed & bed was super comfy. They accommodated our early check in, check out was nice being 12pm noon & check out took 2 seconds. The free breakfast each morning has great selection of foods and was really good! Convenient location close to the airport and closeby to everything we needed to visit this weekend. Would absolutely stay here again!Rooms: Comfy beds, great layout and room upgradesSafety: We needed our room key to get inside the hotel at night so it felt secureFood & drinks: The free breakfast was really good!

It was great having a bar with food in the hotel. It's a shame it took so long for food to arrive. The marketplace by the front desk was out of combs/hairbrushes which was annoying. I prefer my room cleaned every day. Bathroom was too dark.

It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in while traveling. Clean, affordable, nice people and the best free breakfast you'll ever find! This is my go-to hotel while in San Jose! They never disappoint.

we were able to get a major discounted rate on this hotel, and I think we only paid like $63 a night! It was worth more than that for sure. It’s a nice hotel room. And a nice hotel. The room had a king size bed, and a fold out sofa. We were only there for a day so I don’t have much else to say. They did have a free breakfast buffet that was included in the price which was very nice and it’s right next to the airport!The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five out of five stars is because the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible! You could feel the springs in it as soon as you sat down! Thank God I didn’t have to sleep on it! I’m 60 with a lot of physical issues, and I would’ve been dead the next morning! My wonderful 22 year old son slept on it, and even he said that it was terrible !Rooms: The king-size with a sofa bed was a very nice suite.Food & drinks: The breakfast buffet comes included with the price of the hotel room. It’s a really nice breakfast buffet! It had waffles and scrambled eggs and fruit and all kinds of stuff...Not one of those rinky-dink "continental breakfast". This one was a real meal!

Love everything about this hotel. Convenient, great service, rooms are great w/appliances. Parking is good although spaces are adequately spacious enough.

Exceeded my expectations- the layout of the room felt spacious and the desk people were very kind. Pretty clean and close to the San Jose airport. Complimentary water and cookie too. Definitely recommend!

This is an exceptional Residence Inn... Clean and welcoming with fantastic staff at every turn from the front desk to housekeeping to the shuttle driver... Especially appreciated when you're visiting so far from home. Just professionalism through and through. The room was spacious and just plain lovely. Literally just a few minutes from the airport with both a complimentary airport shuttle and a bus within walking distance that also goes to the airport during daytime hours should you so choose. Light rail station is just a few short blocks away and an easy walk if you want to see the city at an affordable price. This will definitely be our go-to place every time we visit San Jose. Absolutely LOVED my stay. Thank you for making my time at Residence Inn San Jose Airport a great one!

I love staying here. The rooms are very clean. There is a full kitchen with dishes and dishwasher. The breakfast is delicious with several options, including eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels... Only downside is the $15 a night parking and there is no area to take your dog to the restroom. There is self laundry, pool, BBQ area. Staff is great.

The staff at the front desk made this stay great. He was very helpful, kind and very respectful. The rooms are excellent and the gym is 24hrs. The breakfast is also isn’t perfect it isn’t the worst I’ve had. Definitely a good hotel and one that I’ll be staying at again when I’m here in San Jose.

One side was RI, but the other side was Spring Hill Suites. They share the same parking lot and gym. They also share the same bar/restaurant. The food there was just okay. I had a Wagyu Burger and a Caesar Salad. The salad had entirely too many croutons in it. The burger was just okay, but dry. The bartender was basic, and she did not talk much. She also was mixing coffee drinks and tasting them. I'm used to a bartender being friendlier. Check-in was quick and nice. Free bottled water and the lobby was large and had many chairs and large TVs. The breakfast was free, and there was alot of it. The parking lot was about $15 a day. The room was large and had sufficient furnishings. I like the way the room was situated and the best was large and comfortable. This was a nice hotel overall.
