I went online to order a chair today March 8th 2024. I never got a delivery date or confirmation. I hit the chat button. A robot said it will be with me shortly. I had time to shower and dress before the chat came back on. Chelly says how can I help? Told her I need delivery date and time for the chair. She took fifteen mins to reply saying I have to pay a full month in advance to get that chair because it has to be shipped to her store and then shi to me. What? THIER ad says click the button and your one penny for the first week deal starts .. I got a confirmation that my first rent week is one cent. Chelly types, nooooo that chair does not offer that, I cannot order it to my store for you without at least 125.00. Much more than one cent. Chelly says You can only get that one cent promo if you order in store. Funny how the order form online says click here to apply the one cent incentive to this order right now. In The meantime, before chelly came online I chose a sectional, no delivery date, no details. Same wonky service. I clicked chat, they said I have two orders do I need them both. I told them no. Chelly says if you want free delivery I can take pictures of a used couch sectional and therefore I can deliver it free. Ughhhh blech!! With dust mites, COVID, bed bugs a used couch in 2024??? Nasty!!!! I told chelly they are no longer who they used to be and do not retain my credit card info and cancell my orders. That was 15 minutes ago, no reply. They have my credit card details. This place is a J o k e !!!! Minus 1 star

This review is long overdue, but I purchased my beautiful plush sectional a few months back and it’s so comfortable I love it. And as far as the customer service Lorena was great she was very professional and had a welcoming personality. She helped me throughout the whole time. I like this location because everyone is nice. I would definitely recommend.

The store never follows up I've been waiting for 2 days now what they do is they text you you respond and then it takes them another day to respond back to you like they only talk one sentence a day and by that time you forgot about everything and lost interest I'm trying to get this rental done but it's impossible I already paid $35 too

Management was very unprofessional I asked about the inventory and she was rude and replied does it look like we have any others. Then I processed my application and got a delivery date email and she didn't state anything about confirming the date just when I got a email with the date that it would be the day the deliver so on the delivery day I never received my furniture. Then they scheduled another delivery date I called to confirm and she said she would call back because she was having computer issues never called back the next delivery date I called to let her know I was confirming wereiand she removede from the delivery list. I went back to Rent a Center store To see when it would be scheduled and was treated unprofessional and she assisted on giving me a refund instead of delivering my furniture , Then she shorted me on my refund,so I Had to go to another Rent A Center and when I walked in she had called them and that store manager refused to give me service. Thanks to Rent a Center I got Nicer Couches and delivered the Same Day from Lees Furniture!!!!

When I walked in, I felt welcome!! they have all up-to-date many of items to choose from, great deals & prices!! customer service skills was great?Christina helped me she was very friendly, and her supervisor Lorena was very friendly and professional. The store was very clean❤️ I’ve seen more in this store then I seen in others!! check it out you’ll be surprise❤️

The lady who answered the phone at the story rd location.. did nothing to answer me questions !! It actually was a waste of time .. asking me information that she should be able to see in her system if I’m a current customer.. will not return once I’m done with my bedroom set.. !!!

I have tried to talk to the manager about the nick on the bed rail and the mirror. She stated she was going to provide a discount on the bed of $200.00 and send me a new contract. When I received the new contract I did not see a discount and when I called to verify I was told she would call me back. To date I have not received a call from her. Is there a Director that can help me?
