I went here to get my rear bumper fixed after an accident about a few weeks ago and they did an amazing job in a relatively short amount of time. I could not be more impressed with their work and amazing customer service. Everyone there was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the best possible way to ensure the upmost quality care for my car. I gladly recommend this place to anyone needing to repair and maintain their vehicles.

Increased stimate 2.5 x after i got my car towed there
did not disclose storage charges before hand
When i decided not to fix my car there, proceeded to charge me storage for 2 days when car was there less than 24 hours
also added 4% surcharge if i paid via credit card
oevrcharged me $300 via their inhouse towing company, when i checked outside, the tow charges were $130

I came in for a rear bumper issue for my car. I only expected a bumper replacement but not only did they replace my bumper but dealt with the insurance for me. All I had to do was initiate with my insurance and they took care of the rest. They also cleaned my car inside and out to my surprise. At the end of my appointment I had minor issues still that I forgot to mention ppf and ceramic on my paint for the rear bumper. They said they would call insurance for me and get that resolved. They treated my problem like it was their own personal car and I appreciate the foresight. I work everyday so it's a relief someone cares about my car more than me. They didn't attach a bumper protection yet until my PPF was installed. I have a modest common car and I felt they treated me well as if I had a Ferrari. My PPF installer didn't treat me well. So I rather give my business to people who care regardless of your income level. Thank You!

Due to an unfortunate circumstance my car was damaged but thankfully to Tracy and her team I was able to get my car back just as great as it was before the event. Tracy and her team gave a personal Touch and their response time was exceptional. She updated me every step of the way and was able to stay in touch with her with me after I got my car back just to make sure everything was going great. They did a great job on my car and I can't thank them enough for their valuable efforts.

The RELIANCE COLLISION CENTER auto body at 540 Parrot St San Jose CA 95112 is BAD auto body service. The reason I said that because they told me and my insurance that they're going to change and change a new bumper on my car and the paint is lifetime warranty but after a month when I wash my car the paint on the replaced bumper is rack so found out that they tried to fix the old bumper instead change the new one. I took my car back to them 2 times, but every time, the short lady who owned that auto body shop tried to ignore me, so I gave up and took my car to another shop. Be careful if you go to fix your car at that BAD shop.Service: Body & Trim

6 months ago I found Reliance Collision Center when my car was damaged on a "hit & run" situation. Tracy the owner took me in with open arms. As soon as I stepped foot inside her shop, I felt extremely comfortable knowing that she would have my car in no time while making sure all parts were official. Fast forward to today... my vehicle is back home and I couldn't be happier with Reliance Collision Center's performance from start to finish. Their value as a company is amazing and I highly recommend them!

I found this review sitting in my draft box from long ago. I think it is worth posting; hopefully, things have improved since this incident. So, let me start off by saying that the technicians did an excellent job with repairing and cleaning my car. Also, Lisa always kept me updated on the progress of repairs, as well as Here's the not so good that totally irked me: 1) The technicians mistook my plastic bag of trash hanging on my gear handle as personal belongings. They mixed my "actual" personal belongings that I kept in the car compartments (pens, lipstick, gum, rosary, notepaper, business cards, and so on- too many to list) in with the trash. Really?? At first I thought some of my things were missing until I looked in the trash and found them mixed in with my kids' snot-filled tissues, rotten apple cores, you name it. You'd think they would have had a bit more common sense before dumping my personal items into the trash. 2) I had 2 separate claims. My Allstate agent said that Reliance "charged Allstate a lot" and could have easily waived one of my deductibles. Not so, but they did give a discount. 3) My car was sitting in their body shop for one month. When I picked it up, the "check engine" light went on. I took the car to my regular dealership to get it checked out since it was due for its 6-month maintenance and tire alignment anyway. They could have called me sooner to let me know the car was ready! I don't recall when I had my car repaired, but felt I should still post the review.

My Tesla model X was broadsided by a huge van that ran a red light. The damage was extensive. Reliance was so responsive. Since Tesla body parts don't come in quickly, they updated me and sent photos as parts came in and work was done on the car. I didn't know what to expect when the car was completed because I never had such an accident in it before. The car was like brand new when I got it back. Everything works perfectly. The owners are fantastic people and very detail oriented. They made sure everything was perfect before delivering the car back to me. Yes, they actually delivered the car to my home. I can't say enough about the quality of the work they do. It's amazing. I highly recommend this company!!!

Our Tesla was damaged in parking garage hit-and-run. This shop handled the insurance capably. Our repair was completed when promised. They returned it with excellent detail. And, a small rattle the car had before was gone.

I was rear-ended for my Tesla Model Y. It took almost a month for the parts to come in, and another 2 weeks for the car to be fixed once it did. Overall, Tracy was very friendly, and things went as well as I could have hoped for. My car looks brand new, and I think they did a very good.

highly recommend!!! the service was great, if you're Vietnamese, it even better. they were very clear on what they will fix and how they will do it. they gave clear instructions while showing the price and were very understanding. i had a budget for my car to be fixed and their representative tracy, was very helpful in that aspect. she told me what she could do to lower the cost while also helping my car. in addition, they were able to fix my car very quickly. They gave us an estimate about how things would come in and when they'll be fixed. it was done earlier than expected which is very good. Even when waiting for a ride, they offered us water and has really nice conversation with.
