We bought a bedroom set , one of the drawer handles was broken, I sent a message and never got a reply back not even an apology.
The day the bedroom set was delivered, I asked the delivery guy to help assemble it and will pay him so he could take all the boxes; he said he didn’t have time and he could come back another day to assemble it and he would charge me $150 and he won’t be able to take the boxes .
This are Ashley furnitures, why buy from Redwood Furniture and go through all this hassle, instead I recommend to just buy from Ashley
I bought from Ashley before and they deliver, assemble and will take all the boxes.

We recently purchased the Stupendous Alloy 3-Piece with an Ottoman from Redwood Furniture, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. After seeing the same item at Ashley Furniture for a higher price, we were thrilled to find such an unbeatable deal at Redwood.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! We were so pleased with the service we received from this business. Thank you, and shout out to EBUBIKIR who went above and beyond to help us find the perfect item. Best deal ever in the Bay Area! I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received, so we ended up buying 3 twin size beds, 1 queen size bed, and a couch.
