Security, what security? Plenty of poop, piles of it for as long as I rented there. I had too many problems with billing...and other problems like damage every few months.

Note:They charge a $100/yr setup fee to rent, so add that to the rates on their site. And a $10 ID card fee.Also, they require a deposit equal to a month of rent, which they will ONLY use if you give them a one month notice that you'll be out in 30 days. Otherwise they keep the deposit, which seems like it should be illegal?

Agree with the bad reviews. 2nd month in my RV was vandalized (catalytic converter). No security, no cameras, no phone call that there was a mass break in at the facility. Their 30 day notice policy is inconvenient. Break ins are very common here. Don't recommend

We found this place by our home and they offered fair pricing to store our Travel Trailer. Well, not even two months later and they sent us a letter stating our space was going to double in price! WHAT THE F}#%^**+!!!!!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!! We vacated asap! There are a few RV/Boat storage places around San Jose who still have fair pricing.

Rent increased directly from $75/month to $200/month + $100 annual fee. This is reprehensibly greedy and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. I will be out when my month is up.

Have been a customer for almost 6 months now. Their pricing is very affordable compared to the other options in the area. Other benefits include a restroom you can use, fresh water to fill your tanks, and have access to a free wash area and dump station which are all included. So I am able to fill up my tanks before I hit the road, and before I park it I can take my time in flushing out my tanks if needed. Plenty of space for me to back in and out with my trailer, and very secure. Audible alarm goes off anytime a vehicle passes the gate, and there is live-in/on-site management. My only complaint is the amount of cats that run loose and p*** everywhere, but I'm sure they keep the rats and mice away. Overall its a great location with easy access to 87 and 101 with some amazing benefits that are hard to find at any other storage facility.

Stored our RV for about a year here. Monthly fee was cheap, great security and friendly staff. I recently moved to the Bay Area and have had bad experiences in the past in the Los Angeles area with theft and overcharging. These guys are great and I never worried about theft. They have a live in guard/owner. Only reason for leaving is I modified our driveway and can now fit my RV at home.

ON 4-22-2020, I NOTICED MY NICE CAR WAS VANDALISED IN LESS THAN ONE MONTH AFTER RENTING SPOT. I'M PULLING MY CAR OUT ASAP. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. PEOPLE GO IN AND OUT ESPECIALLY IN MORNING DAILY Unsupervised. Update it's possible it was old body damage, but unlikely.

Shady business. They cashed checks that I had given for future months in the same month. They allow their domestic animals to roam the grounds and urinate/dedicate the tenants property. They lied about policies that were previously agreeable and then they change at their own will without notice to tenants. They have random people living on grounds. I’d avoid. It’s cheap for a reason people.

I agree with the reviewer that the management can be a bit quirky (it is a multi-generational family that runs the place). But once you get past that, they are actually very nice and helpful. But here's the thing, the place is cheaper than other more modern, buttoned down places, and offer many more services. You can dump your tanks, fill water, fill air and dump trash. Try that at the other places. We just moved out of the area and are paying more for less (outside of the bay area!!!). We definitely miss our spot here.

Called to see how much it would be to store a midsize vehicle 9/13/18. Employee was adamant about knowing the square footage. I stated the size of a typical car parking space. He still stated he needed the footage. Not much help and will not be using their facility.
