My friend recommended me to shop at your store for Pomegranates. So, I was at the store today, I selected few products, fruit and vegetable and checked out at 4:40pm, the cashier was handling my items very roughly, she just threw them into my shopping bag, and I stopped her when she also about to throw in the ripe papaya, I told her to hand it to me instead. Your products are good but your staff should be more gentle handling them. I don't know how much your staff understand that fruit and vegetables are very delicate and as a consumer, I want good products home after spending time driving to your store, selected the products and spent my money to buy them. I'll never shop at this store again.

I wasn't happy with the cashier today. She was a bit rude when I said I'd use a snap card. She insisted on seeing the card before shipping next time. I had covered my snap for fun and privacy. Also, she was busy texting instead of helping customers right away. Waiting for her to finish texting wasn't cool.

I love that it's next to TJ and sometimes they have amazing prices for produce. As the others have mentioned, watch your receipt. And DON'T use cash if possible. The female cashier pretended that I only gave her a ten instead of a $20 note! She was trying to give change minus $10. You know who you are! And wearing a hijab does not make you an honest person!

Watch your receipts! Third time in 2 months is not an accident! You find items added to your bill that you didn't even consider buying. Most folks like us do not want to drive back to fight it. Wonder how many customers in a day are getting billed extra.
