Don’t buy you couches here they don’t even assemble them right. My couches are lopsided because they can’t even assemble them right. I tried speaking to someone they told me she’s busy all day, but only has time between a couple hours on Saturday. Not sure how they’re still in business with this terrible customer service. I have to go to the store to speak with someone instead of them sending someone to fix the issue.

Went to Ramon's Furniture to look for a quality bedroom set. I was very impressed by the quality and pricing. I loved the showroom wide variety. I can't say how friendly, professional and helpful our representative Carlos Guzman was. He guided us through the whole process to get approval for financing. I would highly recommend to anyone to go with him as your sales representative. Thank you Carlos for the help

Thank you tons Adriana. I was able to get all the furniture I needed for my new place. Everything went by very fast and seamless. She helped me to choose items that were in stock since I was in a hurry to get my house furnished and therefore I didn’t have to wait very long for the furniture. Everything went really well when my furniture got delivered everything was assembled and I enjoyed the experience.

The delivery service is very bad, we went to buy a sofa and I got distracted with my daughter and when I returned back they told my wife that they had to make the delivery because the credit company required it and we were already prepared to take it with us because they already made the order and they told us that they would be delivering at 4 or early @ three o'clock, I left an hour before work to wait for them and they didn't arrive until after 8:30 pm it's sad not to support our community business but I believe that it is something that is not going to change
