Went in with around 7k worth of jewlery. Gold, Diamonds, Watches, Morimoto Pearls, 14kt 18 kt gold. Was greeted by a rude arrogant employee named Jennifer S. Right away asked how many items I had. then proceeded to list what they don't accept. horrible attitude, the customer service at RJ Jewlery and Loan has been the worst experience I've had as I buy and sell gold and other precious jewelry on the regular. I was shocked and bummed out because I live close by. CROWN GOLD EXCHANGE is where you want to go. Friendly, fair, process is smooth and quick. Do not go to this R J place I ended up just walking out. Had a 4.5 carrot Diamond set in 18kt gold and a Jennifer S was talking down to me like I was gonna pull out a lollipop ring. AVOID 100%!
