There were other customers in the store, but when the clerk saw us, we were not allowed to enter the store to buy anything. It was a very strange store.

Purchased a $70 bottle and a few other drinks...rang it up and I asked for a bag...clerk said that will be 15cents...slightly appalled because I've bought many bottles here almost on a weekly basis and he wouldn't just give a bag for the 1 time I asked for 1. Haven't been back since, 15cents cost you thousands of dollars!

Theres a Guy who works there don't know if he is the owner or just an Employee. He is disrespectful to women like Literually and uses Foul language in front of Children. I went there to get cigarettes and He literually snap on me, as I just walked in and had to Leave cause it was out of no where and couldn't understand the reason and ask.and just treated me like I was not a person and didn't get any Answer like at all. He snapped like crazy and kept asking why and saw that there was no Real.reason and had to leave cause of His of the foul words he was using to me while children was in the store and felt like if I stood and ask more questions that he would Hurt me or hurt someone in the store. I never felt nothing less then a human being. After a year later my sick sister just walks in to buy a lighter today like literually today and he dose the absolutely thing Today, The same angry person ((( for No reasons))). This is a convenient store in the Alum rock.Area. but feel this man is dangerous.. im.giving 1 star so I can warn other pple and other women who walk into this store. I give 0 stars

This operator is a racist. I won on lottery ticket scratchers and he refused to pay me but said he could only sell Me more tickets in place of cash. This has happened many times here. However he helps his race. So sad. Please don't support this unfair business.

So for about 8 months now (I have had to regret even for just that amount of time) the guy who works the nights has been aggro'd the heck out whenever I enter the store and threatening to call the cops and I can calmly apologize and then make my way out the door, but it was just a little game he's trying to play so he can throw a punch at me and think he can get away with it, I can tell by his nature he wants me to fight how I know is very clear to me now because when I was able to tell him t'the truth I see [which is he is ve;clearly getting angry I'm apologizing and not getting angry he's not going to provide services to me] because I was able to get a new relationship with him to provide me with the services I request to purchase but all of a sudden he would not let me back into the store, so I told him I WANT TO FIRST THING APOLOGIZE BUT I SEE NOW YOU ARE PROFILJNG ME KNOW THAT I KNOW YOU NEVER LIKED ME. WHILE I WAS A CHILD GROWING UP HERE, and he then started to rush me by walking around the counter that's when I said THATS RUDE G'DAY SIIR, BYE. And he followed me out stood in front of his shop `and he smoked a cigarette whole stating at me. I turned around by the time I was 2 shops away and he was still setting .I beem cool with him when he asks me to leave but he let me back in and let ,e purchase after bad before I don't get it is he bi polar/drunk/>????I am the coolest mf u can meet bro don't think you should apologize your mini store is in my neighborhood where do you get off s******

Pretty good store. The prices are higher than chain stores nearby, but I appreciate all the cameras they have to keep the customers honest. Would they like more people in the neighborhood to stop by? Probably. Should they lower prices to be comparable to other neighborhood stores? No doubt! They have a decent selection of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages as well as a wall of drinks to keep you satiated. Stop by this store to find what you need.

this is my all time favorite place too come to for my beer needs! great pricing and awesome customer service everyone so nice and sweet! i love it! and its super near my house so a nice walk here and im fine.
