No staff out front, rude, unorganized, one person working, other on break until 2pm. Managed poorly. I was a walk in and only had one person working from 2pm until I walked out.

This is the worst location of Quest I have been to. They don’t even help or answer your questions, the staff works so slow that you have to wait for a simple blood test for an hour or more. I waited for an hour and 15 min with only 4 people ahead of me. They send people to bathroom for urine test without providing the bathroom code so every patient comes back and asks for the code. I mean.. c’mon. These are just simple logics.. never ever coming back here

I scheduled my TB test appointment online, got there 3 min before my appointment time, and got out within the next 10 min. The self check in was quick and easy. Everything was smooth and swift.

I was seen by tech at exactly my scheduled time and I was very pleased, but my happiness was short lived. The tech was unable to draw blood, my guess was she was inexperienced. I had to ask her to wipe down armrests where last patient sat for blood draw. I mentioned to her that the holder to place driver license and insurance card,when checking in was filthy and also needed to be wiped down. Our county requires masks in medical facilities and I was glad to see everyone in office, employees and patients all had masks on. Since first tech couldn't draw blood she sent me to the other tech in the office and of course Again I had to ask for armrests be wiped down. This tech drew my blood without any issue. It needs to be said since Covid medical and dental facilities should be kept pristine and employees should have protocol to follow in disinfecting surfaces patients touch between when one patient leaves and next patient is seated in chair to draw blood. This should be done before new patient sits in chair. The second tech looked at me as though I were a nuisance and said we haven't wiped down chairs since pandemic ended...what? This should be standard operating procedure. So my dissatisfaction is routine cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority in this facility.

I had an appointment here and Cindy was the only person working. There were many people coming for walk-ins (without appointments) that were acting very impolite but Cindy remained calm and professional while being the receptionist, phlebotomist, lab technician, AND billing person. This place is extremely understaffed but Cindy handled it very well. Give this person a raise and a break!! DO NOT COME WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT! BE RESPECTFUL TO PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP YOU!

I had a very bad experience and will probably never go to Quest in future. I did not have an appointment, so I went in at 6.15 AM to Quest diagnostic lab in Samaritan Drive San Jose. and was first in queue for walk ins ( clinic opened at 6.30 AM) , though there are multiple times when no one ( with appointments) was present . I was not still called until 7.30 AM, so I left and walked over next door to Labcorp where there were many walkins before me, yet I was able to walk out by 8 AM with my blood work completed. Guess what out of curiosity I went back to check , my name was still not called and showing up. I don't have the background as to why Quest was so slow ( may be they were short staffed or feeling themselves to be "entitled') , but I am sold to Labcorp for rest if my life.

I went to this Quest location very early this morning as a walk in for a blood test because it is very close to my house. The phlebotomist was very efficient and we had a friendly conversation. I was happy with the quick and painless service.

Terrible customer service. We arrived early and checked in with an appointment. No one checked on us and they kept taking in walking customers and tell us to wait until our turn. When I asked, one staff member had the gut to tell us everyone they served had appointments. We talked to those in the lobby, you liars. Avoid this place if you can.

DO NOT COME HERE. ESP IF YOU ARE TRYING TO WALKIN. Last time i went to Quest in Cupertino and i had no problem with walk in. Waited about 15mins. But here they asked if i had an appt. I said no, and the staff said "you will have to wait". I waited over 2 hours.. they have downtime but refuses to take walkin. For 20 mins they didnt have any appts. They were just on their computer and waited until another appt walks in. VERY RUDE STAFF. UNPROFESSIONAL. Please change your staffs.. seems like they are older staffs and have been working for a long time so they just cant be fired.. Never coming back here.

Walked in 10 minutes before closing for an urgent test. They declined to see me due to time. What happened to caring about health over the clock :( not one patient was waiting.

Terrible service, inefficient and rude staff. They just would not honor any walk-ins although they say they would. My MIL waited 2 hour in the morning fasting and she was just never called. There were times when no appointment patients were there for 15-25 minutes and the two staff ladies went on to gossip about another coworker. Such a negative experience! If they only removed the sign saying no walkins will be entertained and just tell us when we go there that they don't take walkins we would've left right away. But they made a 75yr old diabetic lady wait for 2 hours and just kept saying we don't know when we can call you because there are appointment patients coming in. Go to Labcorp in the next building. Wayyy more capable and kinder people.Like every other review, this Quest location is horrible.

Just don't bother with this location. Clinicians rude, unorganized and waited an hour having never been seen due to a mix up. Sent my lab slip 3 times and they claim to never receive it. No, thanks. I left after 1 hour while 10 people went in front of me.

Came in for a walk in. Says 0 people being served on the monitor. The phlebotomist is sitting at the desk for 10 mins before she comes out and tell me that they’re too busy and I have to make an appointment. I guess they just try to keep their work load light at this location and don’t accept any walk ins even when no one is there.

Came for blood work, absolutely no one was being served and the office was empty and they told me I have to leave to schedule an appointment. The old lady, Shemiran Parvin, was extremely rude about it.
