This is the worst location of Quest I have been to. I have a appointment 2:45 pm when I arrive they said last appointment is 2:40 pm I arrived at 2:40 I told him I have a 245 they say no I didn’t have it and I have my confirmation appointment and I didn’t want to take -in they waste my time they didn’t want to see me they turn me back they said make a another appointment. This is the worst location BAD SERVICE DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY

No manner at all
I wish I had a choice to give her No star because I think one star is way too much for her !!!!!

The workers were very nice! I started to feel uncomfortable seeing my blood fill the tube and the lady talked me through it and made me feel more secure.

Really nice staff, easy to find, plenty of parking spaces, very professional at drawing blood it didn’t hurt at all.

Whenever I have a lab test I come to this location of Quest, but since the previous phlebotomist (Shemiran) had left I hadn’t tried it.
So I went with appointment and was called right at my time ,but the process of drawing blood tortured me.I have bulged and visible veins especially on my left hand, so she found the vein easily. In the middle of drawing blood she said oh there is no more blood coming, which I guess she has changed the direction of the needle ,because the blood was coming so fast and so much and suddenly stopped,she said probably you haven’t drink enough water and I told her yes I am fasting and I usually don’t drink lots of water before blood draw.She said let’s try right hand. My right hand veins aren’t as bulky and visible as left and I told her ,but she said let’s try it. She couldn’t find the vein and I just tolerated so much pain, I told her I wanna leave and come another day and drink more water ,she said let’s ask my colleague to try. I went to another room and a middle aged lady came and again punctured the same vein on left and couldn’t get any blood, then she tried a very tiny vein beside that large vein and I was all the time suffering and she collected some more blood and said oh it stopped and I need more blood, I told her let me leave and come back later and I will drink more water she said No,we are swamped today and it isn’t possible.Finally she punctured the vein on my hand and got some blood. These people are really brutal, I was punctured 5 times and I was having so much pain, even when I offered them to leave and be back in couple hours or another day they didn’t accept.
I hope there is a manager or a supervisor that can read my review and can do something to prevent these happening in future.
Not recommended and Avoid this place.

No staff out front, rude, unorganized, one person working, other on break until 2pm. Managed poorly. I was a walk in and only had one person working from 2pm until I walked out.

It is always impossible to get a morning appointment. They don't accept walk-ins even if there's nobody waiting. Horrible place

This is the worst location of Quest I have been to. They don’t even help or answer your questions, the staff works so slow that you have to wait for a simple blood test for an hour or more. I waited for an hour and 15 min with only 4 people ahead of me. They send people to bathroom for urine test without providing the bathroom code so every patient comes back and asks for the code. I mean.. c’mon. These are just simple logics.. never ever coming back here

I scheduled my TB test appointment online, got there 3 min before my appointment time, and got out within the next 10 min. The self check in was quick and easy. Everything was smooth and swift.

I was seen by tech at exactly my scheduled time and I was very pleased, but my happiness was short lived. The tech was unable to draw blood, my guess was she was inexperienced. I had to ask her to wipe down armrests where last patient sat for blood draw. I mentioned to her that the holder to place driver license and insurance card,when checking in was filthy and also needed to be wiped down. Our county requires masks in medical facilities and I was glad to see everyone in office, employees and patients all had masks on. Since first tech couldn't draw blood she sent me to the other tech in the office and of course Again I had to ask for armrests be wiped down. This tech drew my blood without any issue. It needs to be said since Covid medical and dental facilities should be kept pristine and employees should have protocol to follow in disinfecting surfaces patients touch between when one patient leaves and next patient is seated in chair to draw blood. This should be done before new patient sits in chair. The second tech looked at me as though I were a nuisance and said we haven't wiped down chairs since pandemic ended...what? This should be standard operating procedure. So my dissatisfaction is routine cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority in this facility.
