Easy to book appointment and quick turn around on my test results. They were also very gentle getting a sample, thanks for making it painless!

1st they need to speak English. I feel like I'm at a nail salon.the lack of communication is awful especially when you have health related questions they don't know how to answer them with the lack of English skills makes it even harder. You have an appointment at 11 and then they don't see you until 11-15 min later & knowone is there.when they ask you to be 15 minutes early. i've been coming once a year for the past three years and it gets worse and worse so either Quest doesn't care cause they're getting their money no matter what service they offer. It's mostly corporations using their services. are they just grabbing whoever they can at the cheapest price to work there? I feel like they all know each other & hook their friends up with a job, because they can all talk to each other but they can't talk to us.for example my blood draw took a while she couldn't find a vein.when I go to my doctors office to get my blood drawn it's pretty quick and painless.you do this every day and it seemed like it's their 1st day.DO BETTER!

The personnel here is not qualified to perform the tests. No skills, no training, no language good enough to communicate with the patient in order to perform the procedure. They have walk in, but if you came earlier and have an appointment, you must wait till your appointment even if the other people just walknin aged get serviced. The nurse drawing blood has misjudged the vein, I was trying to explain that this is not the good vein but she doesn't understand the language. She missed the vein and started tilting the needle sideways, causing damage and risking to cut the vein. This is the number one thing a phlembotomist must not do and should know better if they have any training

Went for walkin in Friday morning and was called in right away. Laurissa was curt and to the point, but did the job well. Facility is clean and in a quiet area.

I made an appointment to get my blood drawn. "My" (pronounced Mia) was my medical lady who was friendly, sweet and very professional. She did a great job and I had very little discomfort. A great experience overall.

Extremely slow service, no one to talk about update or status as there is just a kiosk to check in. Would recommend using a different location and this place doesn’t seem to understand the fact that people are waiting for a long time and have work to do. Had an appt early morning and still they were behind. They should have competent employees who should avoid over scheduling if they don’t have the skill or motivation to keep up.

Still in shock after my experience today. I arrived to my appt for a blood draw at 11:10 this morning. They took me right away so that was promising however it didn't take long for them to mess that up. The lady doing my draw could not figure something out on the computer so she called in a coworker to help they figured it out after about 10 mins. Now there was a issue with my actual test she calls in the coworker again they can't figure it out. They then call their manager on the phone who proceeds to continually hang up on them KNOWING a patient is in the room! After being unsuccessful for another 10 mins they call in a 3rd employee now holding up EVERYONE in this building. Now the 3 of them are in this 5 by 5 room arguing with each other in front of me! One is complaining about needing to take her lunch then suma is her name whips her head to me asking where's my "kit" as if it's my fault they don't know how to do their job. At 11:50 Suma then tells me they just aren't going to be able to do one of my draws. Not only was this a timed draw that was supposed to be completed at 11:10 but im having a procedure later this week and NEEDED the labs done. I then got into an argument with suma that this is very embarrassing for them and unprofessional. She told me "you can't talk to my employees like that." First of all i was talking to her because she was the one with attitude during this whole situation... second of all what I said was true it was very embarrassing and unprofessional of them to be arguing in front of me and not knowing how to do their jobs. I then decided I wasn't going to trust these people to take my blood so I told her I was going to leave. Keep in mind not once during this whole situation did I receive any sort of apology for having to sit and listen to them argue for 40'mins... they could have stepped out or politely asked me to step out of the room whilst they figured it out. I work in retail and would NEVER behave this way/embarrass myself like that in front of a customer. quest is a MEDICAL CENTER there is 0 tolerance for the way they behaved I'm supposed to trust these people to put a needle in me???? The people here clearly don't have the proper education or social skills and are rejects from other careers/medical fields. Luckily my mom is in the medical field and has direct contact with quest HQ so hopefully none of u reading this ever have to experience suma. If you have the option PLEASE go somewhere else... the interior of this place is also disgusting and leaves me terrible bruising.

Service is really bad. No front table host. 60 minutes after appointment still wait in the room. And even one hour delayed after my appointment time. The technician was not able to tell the predict time for my turn. Really low efficiency! Not worth to spend your chance right here!

Easy check-in. The technician had trouble capturing my blood pressure results. The office supplies were unorganized and the office space seemed messy/unclean. Otherwise, very fast flobotomist.

This location is LUCKY to have Marilyn because she is the ONLY thing that turned my horrid experience into an OK one. The lab would have 0 stars if she wouldn't have been there. Let me start the story... called the automated number at 9am to make a 10am appointment. The automated line is annoying but works. I recommend the QR code appointment making option. -10am, arrived at lab. There was a family having problems with the check in kiosk. I attempted to log in as well, and the check in failed. There were about 5/6 people waiting to try to check in. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE WAS THERE TO HELP! As a matter of fact, technicians came out to look at us and then scurry to the back, without helping us. The one group of ppl left frustrated. I stayed. I tried to talk to a lab technician as she opened the door that called a gentleman that arrived after me back for bloodwork. She ignored my questions and tried to close the door in my face. At that time, MARILYN walked thru the door front door from outside. She was sincerely apologetic and saw the entire thing. She was the only thing holding any fragment of customer service together. Marilyn assured me this rude behavior by her teammates will be dealt with today. She called me back momentarily and was an angel performing my blood work. I didn't get her partners name but she was also very helpful. I cannot believe the associates looked out at the group of people having trouble logging on and went back ignoring their prospective customers in the waiting area. This was almost the worst lab experience I've ever had. I'm giving three stars ONLY based on one person that desperately tried to save the reputation of the lab. Is Marilyn's intervention was absent, I would have left and picked a different lab other than Quest. With my private insurance I have a choice of labs I can go to. I might try a different option next time. FYI- the people photographed left due to frustration and no help.

I sometimes need to drop lab for my pts and Quest is where I always feel hesitated to go to, because the process takes too long and my available time is so limited! I am soooo lucky today to see Marilyn in this Quest who knows exactly what she is doing and makes job done quickly and effectively! I greatly appreciated her professional and kindness!!

Terrible service. Made an appointment a week in advance and came in 20 minutes early to the appointment and also provided appointment confirmation email. Staff never checked us in made us wait in the waiting list for over an hour. Just don’t come here.

This place is below mediocre. The waiting room is cold and rundown. Shows it's age which makes me feel like it's gross and unkept. The Safeway Quests are so much nicer and I don't understand not having this location updated with paint, comfortable seating and at least some character if you have to wait. Masks are required which I understand but I did forget mine, I walked over from my home, but they don't have any to offer which seems ridiculous for a healthcare facility. Also, there are wait times even if you have an appt which seems ridiculous. I don't know if they're understaffed or just poorly run. As stated earlier, I can walk here from my home and choose to drive to a different location.

Run from this place. Their billing department is a joke. They were contacted no less than 6 times about billing secondary insurance, which each time claim to have the information already and also did not understand why it hadn't been billed. Then had my Insurance on the phone with their billing dept and they still could not get it right. Sent to Collections with no notification, could never provide a detailed bill, I could go on and on. What a joke, go somewhere else
