When I first at quest there was a young man announcing that walking will take about 4 hour before being seen. I had appt it took about three hours before I was seen. During my time waiting before being seen they kept announcing to wear a mask for safety. The person who took my blood kept sniffing he should not be allowed to take our take blood. Over I find quest to be un organized and not all staff the tend be very rude.the office tends to be clean. If you can lab work done some where you might better off I refuse to every to back to a quest. If they act tougher I might return. Overall I find them to be a big joke. Down to there website and phone service. Wish you the best of luck.

A bad experience here. I made an appointment online in advance and went to the automatic scanner to get the serial number displayed on the TV screen. After that, I waited for nearly 30 minutes but didn't hear them call my name. When I asked again, they said they called my name but didn't hear me respond, while I sat there listening very carefully to each name but didn't hear my name called. It's okay, if they have a good service attitude, the way they respond is very irresponsible and without understanding for patients. The attitude is also very indifferent like we are always right, the mistake is the patient's. Bad service

The young Mexican lady was a bit rough on my arm. I got my blood drawn and when she put the needle in my arm I jumped because of how rough she was. I was sore for 3 days and now my arm is bruised. I don't know if it's normal for it to get bruised like this but she was rough and it was painful than usual. The office location was good but they should work on not being in a rush when you have an appointment.

The truth is Ami, if I like it, I go without an appointment and if they serve you and if the staff is friendly, when I go without an appointment I am at 6am and they serve me from around 7:45 to 8:30 but if they serve, I recommend it

Honestly if I could rate this place a zero I would. The level of professionalism at the lab is a joke. I simply asked a question of how long it would typically take for a check in person at this location and one of the ladies working there told me it could be an hour or even the whole day. Really lady? We all have jobs to go to and you're expecting me to wait all day for a test? And then I ask her if there a way to schedule an appointment, and she's just pointed to a QR code. Mind you their appointment system had issues as well. This lady was really try to make me go in circles at this location. The customer service is nonexistence at this place and I highly suggest you go to another location if possible.

After my blood is drawn, my skin becomes bruises. Is this normal? The doctor does not ask me to apply pressure with cotton. Also is the needle one time use?

The worst place I've ever been to, I don't know how there are people who say it's the best, they have very bad service, it seems like they are trained to be bad tempered, I wonder if no one opens up that catches their attention because it seems like they get paid for the bad service they provide. give

I like the self service kiosk. No more paperwork, it'll scan your ID and insurance card and that's it.

My appointment was 10:30am. and I was served by Rose. My blood test is yearly check up and should be covered by insurance. after Rose entering all the information to computer, I was told that I have about $70 copayment that I can pay by card. or I can wait for the Bill. I am confused and said I would like to check with my insurance company first. After calling my insurance company, they mentioned that I shouldn't pay anything. I walked back, and talked with another person to see if there is someone else could double check for me. I was told that I walked away and my appointment time has passed. so I have to checked in as no appointment patient. I am super frustrate and try to argue. And they were willing to take me earlier. After the other staff entering my information to the computer. I was told I do not have any copayment. I am super confused and asked how come two different persons enter the same information to your computer, and get different result of payment. Their reply is they do not know, it is the computer. May happened. This whole morning I spent almost two hours with this drama. And what they blame is the computer. Their excuse is they serve over 200 patients everyday. I suggest you avoid this lab center which will save you Monday and time.

Very bad experience here. I did a medical exam here for my greencard application, so I really need the test results asap. They charge higher price than other place because they are more reliable and fast. However, they messed up my test and forgot to do one of them. Which waste about 2 weeks of my waiting time. So dis-functional and bad experience.

This is the best lab I’ve found in the bay. I am willing to drive farther to get my blood drawn here only. Every phlebotomist is extremely skilled, patient, and friendly, especially Mira. If you make an appointment and are on time, and you’ll be served quickly.
