You have to go in super early or the line just gets longer as time goes by; the staff is efficient but expect no privacy as they yell out loud of your address and phone number

The flyer obtained from MD stated the lab was open through 4pm, arrived just before noon ( with three other patients) and the staff was in a panic trying to close and lock the door. They also had a not so private conversation about how a patient got in , an obnoxious tech stood next to my significant other making a face in attempt to get his attention and kick him out. He was still registered .... we waited for quite a bit (20 mins), though they were rushing everyone along. Shouting directions from the counter to us in the lobby. Loved hearing about the other patients and their instructions for urine collection There were gnats in the lobby...likely from their "open door policy " I would avoid this place, if not an emergency like our situation.

Do not come here unless you are prepared to wait for 1 1/2 for a simple blood work! Came in at 7am (fasting) and didn't leave until 830! There were only 3 people ahead of us. Techs here operate very slow! Here's an update! The lab called and said they can't find my son's urine cup! Are you kidding me?!

Dirty, ugly. Rude staff. Trying to get money by lying insurance terms and conditions.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible place. 4 customers were put to wait for near 60 minutes. At the time, there were 3 staff in there. And this is not an isolated event, not an accident. This is a norm. This is a culture in that office.
