This was my first time to Queenies and I loved it! I had an appointment for a glam pedicure, but once I was there, I spent another $20 to get an extra 15 minutes of foot massage. It was very lovely. Next time I will not bother bringing a magazine and just close my eyes and enjoy the entire experience! They had fabulous massage chairs that would massage your back as you were sitting there. I really didn’t wanna have to get up lol. Kate did my pedicure, but unfortunately, she said it was her last day before getting married. They used individually packaged items for the most part, lotions and masks, and even the foot scrub. I’ve never had , the opportunity to select from eight flavors of foot soak! A great experience and I will be back
Specialties: One thing that really enhanced to the experience was the wonderful massage chair I was in! I didn’t want to get out of it. I had never been to a pedicure with a chair like this.
Cleanliness: Everything seemed very clean to me! It was my first time here today. Each nail bowl was lined with a plastic liner that could then be completely removed for the next client. Product such as solutions and masks and such were individually packaged – it all felt very fancy!

Not the one used to compliant. Used do lots nails here before and once a while I had less experience person was helping and make me did not go there for awhile. When I randomly stop by again and the less expertise person is not know how to do the nails properly. Very disappointed even with many times communication. Wish owner can have the training or at least the make sense person that can do better nail here.

This place had many nail techs so I was able to walk in a get a pedicure right away. I was please with my pedicure.

I have went here before because queenie is so good at designs but this time the owner wasn't there so i went with another woman and asked for square she completely gave me coffin. the people there are nice the work isn't at all if you're not getting your nails by queenie do not go .

Hello. Everyone, I highly recommend this salon Lyly does my nails and is wonderful. She is very quick and does an amazing job. Very clean and friendly staff. They always use clean tools for their pedicures. Sandra

Going into Queenie's, I did not schedule an appointment. I walked in and was greeted by two people. They were really friendly and nice. I asked if they accept walk-ins and luckily they do! They were able to squeeze me in My service was a full acrylic set with designs. Total cost: $115. I had two lovely workers helping me on my nails. Lan and Kate are really nice and gentle. They took their time taking care of my nails. We also made some small talk here and there I showed them my nail inspiration picture from Pinterest and they were able to replicate it onto my nails!! The overall environment is super clean and spacious. I would totally visit again!! thank you so much for making my nails super cute!! I got so many compliments

Worst customer service ever. I came to do a manicure pedicure for the first time but their work is terrible. They even cut my skin and hit my leg. They were also talking behind my back. Not Recommended!

Love the way they do my nails, but hate that the constantly try and up charge or sell services when you're on the chair. Sorta ruins the experience. However, the nail artists are all wonderful and super talented!

Made an appointment for two for a manicure and pedicure. We were directed to get our pedicures first and this is where the experience started to go down hill. There were about 2-3 workers asking us at once what we wanted and it was felt really pushy. As new customers, give us a moment to look over the options... especially since it was our first time here. This set the tone for the rest of the appointment. My aunt's pedicure and manicure were OK. She had to say no twice when asked for a gel pedi. My full set of acrylics and gel pedicure were fine. Would we come here again? Probably not.
