I used to do my taxes with TurboTax, and they were a mess. At the recommendation of my mom, I made an appointment at Pronto Tax Services with Rudy and now every year my taxes are smooth sailing. I don't worry about a thing as Rudy is extremely professional, stays current with all of the new tax laws, and makes everything so simple and easy for his clients. My mom has her taxes done by Tony, and she tells me that he is also very good. If you are looking for a tax service, try Pronto - you won't regret it!

The way the situation was carried was unprofessional beyond belief. I've been trying to understand what happened with 2018 taxes for so long and why they've been taking it out of 2019-21 tax refunds. When we did taxes which was long ago I clearly remember Rodolfo saying that I only owed approximately around 1,300 and he had let me know they would be mailing me to pay it off which I quickly payed off. The federal one that I owed I wasn't aware of it. Looking at my paperwork now I see that it's there. However I never received a letter to pay off that federal amount and I honestly don't believe it was mentioned. But it's all there. So if it's there, then now I can see and understand why they deducted that amount for 2019-21. Now I understand that I owed federal so it's not an issue. It's paid off. The whole reason why I was calling Rodolfo was to tell him that I had found a 401k tax form from 2017-2018 that I don't think I filed for that year and could have possible been the reason why I owed so much. But he blew everything out of context. He reacted in such an unprofessional manner as an owner. He talked over me, he called me a liar, and not just that but argued with me so disrespectfully. Put yourself in my shoes as a client, a client who has gone to you for years. He said many things that were absolutely unecessary. Never was I discrediting him as a person of business. I was just trying to figure out this entire puzzle. He could have approached the entire situation differently if he acted proffesional. Rodolfo could have just said, yes let's make an appointment and check what's going on. And that's it, I just needed an understanding. I do not recommend this tax broker at all. Do not go to him because he's completely unprofessional. I have filed the entire recorded conversation to the business bureau to take action of this matter.
