“Had an appointment set for fingerprinting and pictures at 10:10 AM, which is right after they open at 10 am. Came in on day of appointment and was greeted by a nice lady. She got my appointment ID verified my information with me and promptly took my photos and fingerprints all within 10 minutes. It was so fast and efficient. I see they also take care of postal and shipping needs too. I would definitely recommend.

I came across her print shop while living near the Burbank area of San Jose and after moving across town, I decided to continue doing business with her. I primarily use the services at Cal Printing for flyers and whenever there's a format/ sizing issue, Manuela checks, communicates, and adjusts our files to help produce a better end-product. To summarize, Cal Printing offers the personable experience of a mom & pop shop but delivers high quality product on a commercial level. 10 out of 10 would recommend! *Side note: I have a close friend who works at the print shop two doors down from Manuela, however, the customer experience at Cal-Printing is imo so much better.”

“[EDIT]I originally left a 1 star review because of a terrible experience I had but am back to tell anyone reading this that Etched Media went to great lengths to rectify the situation.Tom reached out to my administrative assistant (who was in charge of having a wooden handle laser etched with a client's name) to let her know that they saw my original review and wanted to make it right. All we asked was that they compensate us for the tool that had been ruined which was roughly $50.A few days later Stephanie, one of the managers there, reached out and told us she'd like to stop by our place of business in order to drop off the money personally.I met Stephanie today and what she brought went well above and beyond my expectations. They not only provided monetary compensation, but they also bought and laser etched perfectly another identical tool for us to gift our member. “I had a great experience today because of your employee Thao. I can’t thank her enough. I came in to get a very small photo of my father, who recently passed, laminated for the temple. Thao went above and beyond. It was the only small original picture of him that I had. The temple had asked me to get it laminated so it won’t fade with time. Thao cleverly and kindly took the time to make me additional copies and laminate them for the future.
