Primrose is an amazing school to shape young minds! They provide quality care, a safe environment, and employ compassionate administration and staff. Ms. Brianna and the other teachers are intelligent and professional. Highly recommend sending your kids to Primrose

Post Lockdown, we had lots of anxiety when selecting school for our son, he was 2yrs at that time. When we visited Primrose, it was an instant connection! Everyone is friendly, caring and attentive to you. Being an immigrant parent, we never had that "Village" to help grow our family; but now I do have this amazing support system from school, teachers that I can rely on. All teachers are very patient and provide valuable feedback! Sometimes I get tips on how to manage certain behavior at home, as teachers know my kiddos so very well. Both our kids are at Primrose, and we will always remember our time fondly here

We intended to send our son to daycare/school a lot sooner but waited as the uncertainty of the pandemic made that choice very difficult. But, as we needed to go back to normal with work, and knowing how important it was for Benjamin to socialize and have structure outside of our family network , we went back out to shop for a place that we felt safe, secure, and confident that he was getting the best care possible. Once we found Primrose there was no competition and the decision was easy. Not only is the facility top notch, the team of teachers and administration stood head and shoulders above the rest. Our son started when he was 2 in pathways and is now 4 going on 5 in pre k. We saw not only immediate growth in him academically but socially. The teachers and staff really take the time to get to know each and every student and what they need as individuals. He is not only more than ready to move onto kindergarten next year but has also learned that caring and kindness for himself, those around him, and the world are important. We are grateful for the foundation that Primrose has helped us set for our son and have been grateful for the choice we made to send him here every day.

We had the best experience with primrose last year! My daughter was 3 when she started and now she is 4. She learned a lot, she developed great relationships. We can tell that everyone in Primrose treated with care and respect. With strong curriculum and best teachers, and great leadership and planned activities year round, there was always something to explore. As a professor in education myself, I can tell that this school applies the best practices and advancements in education. I appreciate their efforts and recommend them everyone.

This school lacks consistent and prompt interventions for dealing with bullies / kids that display repeated aggressive behavior because they do not support their teachers enough in the classroom. It takes months to resolve issues with aggressive children. They also do not send home incident reports, at least not for the last 3 years. I would recommend literally anywhere except here.Edited to add: Primrose School of Willow Glen had strictly been using redirection since we enrolled opening year.Positive disciple and its basic principles where not part of the structure until June 1st 2023. This was ONLY enacted after veteran parents were fed up and took escalated action while providing repeated documentation and overwhelming proof of incidents. There was no pro-active action by the school to change the policies spontaneously. It’s disappointing to see a school be so painfully aware of a problem, not take meaningful action to correct it then rely on parents to fix it.

We joined Primrose in March 2021 when our son started in the Preschool Pathways class. In the last two years, he has absolutely flourished while at Primrose, and is set to graduate Pre-K in a few months. All of his teachers have been incredibly special - it feels like they are as invested in his growth and learning development as we are! We've been so happy with Primrose that our baby girl joined the young infant class in February 2023. We are excited to see her grow through all the different classes and meet all her new friends and teachers.

Primrose has done an excellent job with preparing my daughter for Kindergarten. She has been testing above average at a Kindergarten level and the teachers have been amazing in helping her learn.I also appreciate how the app keeps us parents up to date with daily activities and progress reports. It is really helpful for us to track our daughter's accomplishments. We are truly grateful for everything primrose has done for our family and we will continue to recommend Primrose to friends and family! I just wish they taught up until highscool ;)

When we first started thinking about returning to work in the office and the need for a pre-school we actually felt a little guilty about dropping off our kids so we could pursue our careers. We had it entirely wrong! Primrose provides our daughters so much more than we ever could have at home. The social skills, early childhood education and arts and crafts are so good for them and they really enjoy going every day.

PSWG has been the perfect fit for my daughter and our family. We are thrilled to have found this school. It's such a joy to see her get so excited for school everyday and be her most authentic happiest self. The teachers and staff are absolutely excellent. They have immensely helped us with physical, intellectual and emotional learning and development. There is such a sense of community and belonging here. We have only good things to say about the school. The school lays such a positive learning foundation in the early years and will always have a special place in our heart.

Primrose has been a great choice for our family! Our daughter's favorite part of school is her teachers. They are kind, caring, and make sure she feels at home. The first couple of weeks were a tough transition, and now she asks to go to school on the weekends to see her teachers and friends. We really enjoy the neighborhood feel and appreciate activities like the pumpkin patch, holiday show, and family flu shots! We can't wait to see what's in store in 2022.

We first learned about Primrose through our friends who have their child enrolled at the school in Willow Glen. After having surveyed many daycare centers and attended many tours, we found Primrose's Balanced Learning Approach (especially focus on language including sign-language, social-emotional development), the comprehensive Covid protocols, and the interactions with the leadership team and their responsiveness highly encouraging. We enrolled him at Cupertino starting in May 2022. The first couple of weeks were somewhat rough, as our son went through the natural period of adjustment to a new setting and the inevitable early illnesses that accompany starting daycare. However, the Primrose leadership team did a great job in priming us on what to expect. Once we got through this period, we saw many positive developments in our child that were a direct result of being at Primrose. He became much more social, his language skills and vocabulary improved exponentially, and he made many new friends (to the point where he now even recognizes all of their parents in the hallway, much to their surprise). He was also being given very healthy and nutritious meals and snacks at school each day. He started learning how to be much more independent in this regard as well i.e. learning how to eat by himself. Seeing how good Primrose has been for our child, we would highly recommend this daycare option, especially for families with both parents working full-time.

Not a good school. Management is horrible. Got thrown up on and the boss gave me her clothes and was not allowed to go home. I was not okay with how some teachers handled kids. Licensing need to do a full repair on this school. They need to better themselves on some things.

As many parents would agree, I couldn't say enough good things about PSWG. We started about 1.5 years ago in the preschool program however was initially accepted after being on the wait list over 2 years ago. We decided to play it safe with the timing being at the height of the pandemic and they were very understanding and let us defer for another year.Fast forward to now, we absolutely love the teachers, staff and the families we have met through this wonderful community. The staff communication has been clear and extremely helpful along with the attention to safety given the times we are living in now. Most importantly, the teachers are affectionate and professional as well as very understanding of our sensitive little girl. We are already sad thinking about how this will be the last year at Primrose and are grateful for the life long friends not only our daughter but we as parents have made as well. I highly recommend this school to anyone in search of a well balanced school that has a solid structure in place yet maintains to be a loving and affectionate school as well.
