I always go to Premier Nissan to maintain my 2017 Rogue Sport since Johnny Nguyen is a trustable service advisor. I have never been pushed into buying extra and unnecessary services. My car is in very good condition under Johnny’s caretaking.

Joseph Rios is exceptional! It was reassuring to see he returned. He has continually and consistently shown excellent customer service and addresses the items to make sure my car is taken care of and runs as it should.

Over all, my experience today in the service department was fine. I stopped coming to this Nissan after they not only didn't fix the items I had gone there for, but damaged other items. I recently saw they were under new management, so today I gave it a try. The young man that checked me in was polite and listened to my story. I was there today for an oil change, recall and a service check. Everything was completed, but it took almost 3.5 hours. They were told I would be waiting in the customer lounge area. I was told 1.5-2 hours. They recommended a new engine filter, which I would have had done today, had I been asked while the filter was out. Instead, it is something I need to return and have done. I hope it is a learning tool.

My Leaf had a recall and also a broken door handle. Both were fixed in a 1/2 day and I was kept informed. No issues.

5 stars for excellent service for Jhonny and a Nissan teams. Drop off my car which had rattle and gurgling sounds. They had it fix the next day with a very a very great price. No charge for diagnostic. Very fast and easy service for walk in. Johnny is always very helpful and super informative. Not trying to sell you unnecessary service.
