I called and got an appointment the next day to install a bumper I ordered from an auto supply company. Very fast and friendly. Cost effective. Cash only so be prepared! Open 7 days a week which is amazing.

I took my car here after being side swiped/t-boned one night. My entire experience was great, from the first initial conversation to picking it up once repairs were finished. While the quality of the repair work is phenomenal, what truly sets this place apart from the others I considered is the level of customer service you receive throughout the whole process. Jay, the owner, definitely goes above and beyond to assure you of any questions, apprehension or concerns you have. It seems hard to come by these days to find a business of any kind with quality customer service so it was definitely refreshing to find that here, especially during a frustrating situation such as car repair. Jay definitely delivers, not just by keeping me up to date or being accessible when I had questions/concerns, but with the repairs, too. My passenger side mirror had been broken due to an unrelated incident than the body damage repaired and he called one of his guys over to take a look at it as I was about to drive away; another five minutes and now it works again! It's minor things like that which set this shop apart from the others. I highly recommend anyone needing body repair work come here (or to any of Jay's other shop(s)); you won't drive away disappointed. Many thanks to you, Jay, and the man in the mirror aka your guy who fixed mine for me!

The job completed on my 03 acura rsx was great, they repainted the rear bumper and my spoiler type r wing after I got hit from the back, their small details and customer service and prices are good. I recommend this auto body shop.

Jay to the rescue! I had taken my sons new car to the car wash before giving him his birthday present and i was stranded. The emergency brake release had come disconnected and i didn't have a clue what to do. Luckily he was behind me in the driveway and knew what to do-- even without having all the proper tools with him. It is good to know there are nice people out there. If I ever need a body shop, i now know where to go. Thank you!!!!

I was recently in my first ever car accident. I shopped around at a few auto body shops for the one I felt most comfortable taking my car to for repairs. When I met with Tony, I instantly could tell he was genuine and knowledgeable. My car had been hit by an Uber driver and I had to work with Uber's insurance company for a rental and to pay for the cost of the repairs. This place had worked with this particular insurance company and was very aware of how they operate and what to do. I didn't have to haggle with the insurance company for more money or to extend my car rental when delays occurred due to parts not being readily available. Premier Auto Collision handled everything! Even when the insurance company refused to pay for additional days for the rental, I was reassured by Tony that I would not have to pay a dime out of my pocket. If needed, they would foot the bill for the additional rental cost, which they did. I really appreciated how they looked out for me as a customer and fought battles on my behalf. As a woman, I felt like I had brothers to protect me and my interest, which is hard to find. I highly recommend this place for your auto repair needs!

I had the pleasure of working with Jay. I had damage to my entire left backside of my car and I called Premier Auto for a quote. Jay came out to me and provided the quote. He worked with me in every aspect. He was the best to work with. He listened was kind and cared about my situation. He gave me and my car the royal treatment. I give hugs kudos to Jay and the Premier Auto Collision team! They are by far the BEST and absolutely 100% care about the customer and their needs. They put you and your car first! My car came back better than ever and it was even detailed from the outside and inside. HUGE PLUS in my book! I wish all businesses treated their customers as good as they did. I can't rave about this place enough!

Excellent Service!!! This is the kind of service that is so rare these days! This place was recommended to me by family - I drove two hours from where I actually live to meet with Jay, the owner. Jay was very honest and straight forward with regards to the repairs on my car. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, they make you feel like family. This review is a little overdue. I had my car taken there after a car accident. Jay helped me with my claim and it made everything go so smooth for me. I was really stressed out how I would handle this whole situation. He handled and helped me with everything and had my car ready for me very fast. I'm impressed.
