We have been using this PostNet location for the last six plus years for printing posters, taking passport pictures, sending packages etc. we have nothing but excellent experience with their customer service and timeliness. The answer the phone and give you updates on your orders. Saturdays and the holiday season can be busy so plan accordingly.

Ordered and paid for a notary stamp on 10-4, was told they could have it ready by 2pm same day. Told them, no rush, I'd pick it up on 10-5 around 10am. I arrived on time only to be told, they never got around to printing my stamp and it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes! Really pathetic customer service! They couldn't care less! Because of this I missed my notary appointment and lost a client. The shop is extremely messy with clutter and boxes everywhere. Shop here only if you're looking for major disappointment!

I needed legal documents notarized and overnighted. He was very patient and was good about reading the fine print and actually noticed some errors which we corrected. He also noticed that a copy of my driver's license needed to be included which the Title company didn't point out. I felt relieved that he caught these items before I shipped them out of state. He is always very pleasant when I drop packages off.

Great service. Park in the back there is almost always a spot and it is a lot less hectic than the Safeway parking lot.

Original Review Below. 02/25/2022 LOL.. Amha, only if you were as polite as your response with customers at the store. Anyway.. Photo miscommunication between employees, yes, that can happen with anyone, but that was not my issue. My issue was the way you spoke when we came to take the passport-size photos. The fact is that many people in their yelp reviews below confirm that you lack basic customer service, and they find your behavior rude. As for the OCI form, below is the link to the instructions that clearly state that kids above five years need to sign, which we were following. Had you not been multitasking/distracted (talking to your supplier while doing our paperwork), you would have followed the instructions. Instead, you were getting impatient and, without my consent, started asking questions to my six-year-old kid. Totally unacceptable! - Original Review - 02/24/2022 Being a neighborhood office supply and shipping store, I have used PostNet behind the donut place a few times, but I was never impressed with their customer service. It was always about convenience, but after my last two experiences (below), I'm sure to take my business someplace else. First experience: I called in advance to confirm if PostNet does passport-size photos for infants, and the person on the phone confirmed that they do but charge extra. The guy on the phone explained the process, which made me believe they knew what they were doing, so I showed up with my baby. Once I reached the older gentleman, I believe the store manager rudely told me that they did not do passport-size photos for infants. Their lack of clarity, miscommunication, and bad service was a turnoff. Second experience: I needed to notarize a few documents for my kid OCI, and the notary at PostNet started helping us. I believe their notary is the store manager as well. In between notarizing our documents, the gentleman took a call from his supplier. This was not just rude, but his split attention could have messed up our government documents. I wish that was the worst part, but later in the process, the notary started asking questions to my minor child without my approval. When I asked him to talk to me, he got upset and started to misbehave. His actions were not just unprofessional but borderline creepy.

I have been going here for my business cards and printing on and off for a year now and it's really easy going in this store. Much better to me than going to a post office or a UPS store because the line is much shorter. For copies they don't have self service still they're pretty quick to get my work done. Shipping is a little more than going to UPS or Us postal directly still I'll take the convenience. They have a worker named Jacque who's very helpful.

I've been going to this place for years, even before they moved locations. its hit or miss - the people who work here aren't always friendly or inviting. Sometimes they'll give you a "look" or make a comment that isn't quite fitting. If it was once or twice, I'd just brush it off, but it seems like its something every time I'm there. Sometimes they'll give you a carrier mailer, sometimes they won't with some random excuse. Its kinda of weird since the envelopes are supplied by the carrier for free anyhow. Never had this issue at the post office or other shipping locations. Sometimes they're real nice, sometimes they treat you like you're some rando off the street

I came here to drop off a Fed Ex package. The owner is surly & unhelpful. For being in a service oriented business he did not seem to care. Service is much better at the UPS store where I normally go. I won't be coming back here.

I needed a custom-sized photo for a foreign passport and this place was great. The proprietor took the photo, sized the image, cut it to the specific size and it cost less than I expected. There was no one there and the guy wore a mask and maintained distance. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Stay away. The owner charged my daughter $50 to forward a package, something that take 30 seconds to do. He even wanted to charge hundreds for shipping marking up his actual cost of shipping up to 10 times. Package never arrived. Package was resent and now the owner of this store is holding the package hostage unless my daughter agrees to pay more money. I hope my daughter sues this store and his manager and the entire franchise for damages.
