I came to get my Livescan fingerprinting and had good friendly fast service. I had tried at UPS down the street before, but worker was not knowledgeable so I came here. The guy was much more knowledgeable and friendly also charged $10 less than at the UPS. Definitely recommend if you need the Livescan done

I just walked into this store for finger printing ( 1st Oct at 9:50 am). The employee (Anjalee) told me that they have another finger printing appointment at 10 am and I will have to wait. I called the store phone number and the phone line was busy while we were standing there. When I asked the employee why the stores phone line was busy. Employee went and did something and then the phone started ringing.
I just wanted to share my experience so that the Owner /Supervisor at this store is more aware of my experience as a customet today.

SQ Postal Annex always treats customers like family.Their customer service is impeccable and their prices are great.They also are a local family owned buisness that We should support!!!

Update: OMG I went through all the reviews and find out that the usps package lost is very common here. They are not willing to give you a receipt when you dropped usps here(very suspicious) and then package will not be handed to usps on that day, eventually it will get lost. When you ask them, they will only say packages are given to usps. Well well So who took the package??

I dropped a package here last week and it didn’t move for a whole week, so I called yesterday and there is a woman who answered the phone and confirmed with me that the package is still in the store. So I came into the store today and kindly asked the owner to check. then this owner flipped at me and started yelling, asking me to check with usps not them. I told him I checked on the phone yesterday with them and the package was still here yesterday, can you please check in the back. and then he flipped even more and started yelling at me to get out of the store. Something fishy is definitely going on here and please avoid dropping your packages here at all costs, I have never seen a business like this.

“Only cash is accepted”This is the 21st century.Also, I would like to see the text of law that makes it legal for them to charge US$1 dollar for USPS package drop-off, a service the USPS provides free-of-charge.

The manager here won’t hang up his personal phone call ever since I arrived here and wait for him for 5 mins. He doesn’t even care if there’s a customer. And printing 20+ something pages ended up costing me 11.50$ which is insanely overpriced.

EDIT: going in to close my mailbox was yet another confirmation that whoever's running this place is in the wrong job. The owner is a terrible communicator who blames others for his inability to follow through. I was given a form to fill out that I didn't need...was told to email the owner to give notice, and never heard back, despite asking for confirmation. I truly hope this place goes out of business.I've had a mailbox here for quite some time, through a couple management changes.The current team seems to struggle keeping up with their business. Despite having my information on file, they regularly mix up my CC#, "accidentally" leave the phone off the hook, REGULARLY forget to charge me when it's time to renew then want to charge ME a late fee -- it's ridiculous.The owner himself has yelled at me multiple times, and my godmother (who sometimes picks up my mail for me) too. She's the nicest woman on the planet and doesn't deserve that kind of treatment!!After a couple years of giving them chances, I've finally found another mail service. I won't miss the people here AT ALL; they're rude AF and don't belong in customer service whatsoever.

This place is a scam. I came to do the live scan fingerprints. The guy told me the cost is $20 plus whatever the government charges. He went through the whole process and told me the total is $90. I asked for a breakdown of the charges and he basically told me to take my business somewhere else.I got it done at a different location and they showed me the breakdown. The government fee is the same no matter where you go. Government fee $47. Only the processing fee is different depending on the location.This means postal annex wanted to charge me $43 despite telling me $20 moments prior.

I dropped off a package at this location on a Saturday, expecting it to be picked up by USPS that Monday. However, the employee, an older gentleman, insisted on charging me an additional dollar for shipping, even though I had already paid for it. When I requested a receipt, he responded with an unpleasant attitude and refused to provide one. To my dismay, on Monday, I discovered that the package had not been picked up according to the tracking information. I contacted the same person on Tuesday to inform him of the situation, but he dismissed my concerns, claiming that everything had been picked up, and advised me to call the post office. Throughout the conversation, he maintained a disrespectful attitude and absolved himself of any responsibility for items left at the facility. I possess a receipt indicating the date and time I left the package there, raising questions about the purpose of the extra dollar I paid. It appears that he may have pocketed this additional fee and potentially even stolen our package. Furthermore, instead of assisting me, he chose to abruptly end the call. I strongly advise against using this facility for shipping purposes. Their disregard for customers, fraudulent fees, and potential theft of packages demonstrate a lack of integrity.

Worst I went to school here and used to come here often and today I was just dropping my usps package( prepaid) and wtf? They are trying to charge me $1 for dropping off usps, and when I asked for the receipt he threw my package back!!

*LIMITED* USPS Services only & shady practices : I send USPS Flat Rate Boxes often to different states, including the one I was shipping to today. Prior to arriving I researched the business to find out if they offered USPS services. Their site confirmed that they did,well as the notices posted on the exterior & interior of the store. The owner weighed my boxes & charged $39 for 1 of the boxes. (This would have been the price by weight. The cost of a Large Flat Rate box: $22.45) The business should advertise LIMITED USPS services if they do not honor or complete all of them such as the price of mailing a flat rate box. Side Note: When leaving the customer trying to complete a different transaction while I was present yelled to me as I walked away that the guy was a ****** (*He did not use that word.) He said the owner would not permit to pay w/credit card & would only accept cash from him even though his signage says "Purchase of $5 or More Required for Credit Card Purchase" (His was over $5) Long & short of it... find another place. Plan ahead & go to the actual Post Office. It's worth it.
