Victoria- the “New Owner” is friendly and always helpful- she always tries to find a cheaper solution for your shipping needs. Since the old owners left- it is so much more pleasant to walk into a place of service and be greeted by a smiling face? I use Postal Plus exclusively for these reasons!

Postal Plus is an one stop shop for packaging and shipping. The store is locally owned and the lady who helped me was extremely nice and accommodating. She helped me pack the items I was shipping and find the best way to ship them at a reasonable price. I also needed to print some documents in a hurry and she assisted me getting it done. Overall a great experience and I now know where to go next tine I need their services, a definitely A+ for them.

I had to ship a proposal gift for one of my bridesmaids and was nervous the items would break while in transit. Victoria took her time to package my box to ensure the items would not move. She was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommended going to Postal Plus!

So I called this AM to see if I needed to book an appointment this afternoon for notary services and she said to come in this afternoon, no problem. I asked if 4 PM would work and she mentioned that the notary would be here at that point. Well, we walk in at 4 PM and the notary isn't there. We asked the kind lady who was totally busy and she called the notary and apparently she was supposed to come in at 3 and well, didn't. I'm sure they are decent at other services, but this was disappointing

If you are looking for a business that goes the extra mile to earn your business, this is it. I had my Passport-I9-verification process done here with Ethyn. If you are familiar with the process, typically you come in with your Passport, they verify your ID, you sign and then get finger printed. That is the end of this process 99% of the time. However for my employer, they want me to ask the Notary Public's for the email so that they can send a link to the Notary Public to finish Section 2 on the I-9 form online. 99% of the Notary Public refuses to do this---I had gone to two Notary Public who did not want the business. Not Ethyn. He went the extra mile to make this process easy and less stress for me. Thank you very much, Ethyn!
