The gentleman that works here is a bit of a pill to deal with. I came in with two, already paid for shipping labels with packages. Just following the emails directions, the sales man had a retort about every step; claiming they were all redundant. Knowing said brands already paid for my shipping labels, I was just following the directions. He insisted on doing it his way but I insisted we just follow the directions and he scoffed his way through the steps. Additionally, he added I can 'just take it to FedEx' even though they pickup M-F. It's like he wanted me to take my business elsewhere because I didn't want to do things his way. Maybe he was having a bad day but I doubt it. Just be weary

Great place -- EXCELLENT customer service. I've stopped in a few times over the past year. It's been the same guy each time, and he is very helpful. Yesterday I went in with my baby and this complicated UPS package with Canadian customs forms and the guy sorted it out for me in a minute. Much appreciated!

Friendly super helpful staff that go above and beyond to help find best rates and provide great service. Also knowledgeable on passport renewal process that saved me a ton of time and headache. Highly recommend.

Second time coming here. UPS decided to drop my package off here instead of ringing my door bell, it happens. Anyway, had to grab my package from Postal Care and as annoyed I was at UPS, Postal Care service was awesome! The guy who helped me is so pleasant and nice. Considering it was Monday, he definitely didn't have the Moody Monday's lol! He had such a good vibe, helped me quickly, the store was clean and lots of parking. Overall, I'd definitely come here to ship my packages.

Just went in to collect a UPS delivery that we were not home for, girl working there was extremely rude for absolutely no reason, not one bit friendly, will avoid using this Postal Care going forward.

I went there to get my passport photo, not only the staff helpful, he was diligent in making sure my outfit meet the requirements (I didn't know you are not supposed to wear white shirt), the service was prompt and I'll go back there when I need them

I came to the location to send a DHL package and the lady was so RUDE!!! She didn't want to help me and clearly hated her job. She then told me I didn't have the correct label on the box (which I did). She told me I could leave it with her, but she wouldn't send it. (Why would I do that??) I'm not sure if this person is the owner or an employee, but not a good representation of your company and I will never be coming here again. I ship a lot of items and have never been spoken to like this by any other shipping locations.

The gentleman here is ALWAYS so helpful and kind. Sometimes Im just dropping off packages and not buying anything and he offers assistance regardless! This is our go to shipping store for USPS, FedEx and UPS.
