Do not buy any tiles from Porcelanosa, their customer service is terrible. I've been talking/emailing to them for two weeks to replace one piece that was damaged when it arrived. But they finally refused providing a replacement for free.

Porcelanosa is a fantastic store for your wall tiles, floor tiles and vanities. They have some beautiful collection of tiles. These tiles are mostly imported from Spain. They have good designers too who can help choose the right tile. Look for Drew when you are there. His calm attitude, eye to detail and good sense of our requirements helped us narrow our requirements. Note it is an expensive store but the quality speaks for it. They do run specials some times. So watch for it.
It is located on Brokaw road and good parking. Saturdays are busy. I wish they opened on Sundays too since it's difficult to go over weekdays.

Customer service is not helpful, called hundred of times and the sale representative is always away. Also tiles are always short on stock, prepare to wait couple of months to get what you need

I would have given them zero stars if it was possible.1) The staff in the store were somewhat rude and mostly ignorant of their own products. you are better off doing your own research, we were mislead multiple times talking to their staff2) Kiron, the product they sold us is much less attractive than Corian when trying to do kitchen countertops. Kiron looks like cheap plastic compared to Corian.3) the installers they work with are terrible, and Porcelanosa will not stand by their work OR by the product they sold you. basically no support what so ever.In short - do what you can to avoid this company, look for smaller shops with knowledgeable staff that are in it for the long run and will not leave you high and dry

Terrible experience after spending tens of thousand. They don’t care, do yourself a favor and don’t buy from them since all they care about is the sales commission. Good luck getting any help afterwards
