This time the wait was over an hour because their printer broke and it's cold outside ( only 3 people inside adhering to Covid protocol), I was the 7th. When it's my time the transaction didn't go through tho I have used this bank 3 times and most recently was last month. The staff tried it 4-5 x and unsuccessful. I called the recipient and asked if she'd changed her account she said no. I'm not sure where the flaw was but I asked for the refund and went to LBC the following day and my mom received the money that same day
