I used the services of Plotter Pros in 2022 to create a large size print for one of my client's most famous works, "C-Note on Haring". Now, in conjunction with the Northern California Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and their online marketplace, California Shop Small, I will be offering the print as a part of a 2023 December Holiday Season sale. I was beyond pleased with the quality of work, and the rapport Peter had established with me.

Plotter Pros has been my go to for supplying me and my business with plotters now for 10+ years and has always been easy to deal with. Peter has helped me trouble shoot issues with my plotters, and helped me upgrade when needed with a variety of options. Very accommodating even the past two years with Covid going on. Now I need a scanner and will see what is available..

I used Plotter Pros for a work project to get some custom banners made, and they were both affordable and professional. They got back to me in a really timely fashion and made everything from design to delivery so streamlined.

I have an old HP DesignJet 1055cm plotter at work, and my boss told me to "just get it working." I called a couple of places nearby, and they both suggested I call Peter at Plotter Pros. I really just wanted someone to come fix the darn thing, but Peter let me know over the phone that it could get expensive. When I told him I had my marching orders and cost probably wasn't an issue, he agreed to come service it, but not until AFTER I completed a list of things he gave me to do first. Amazingly my plotter is up and running again and all I did was follow Peter's instructions - no service call necessary. What a great guy. Thank you, Peter!

4:25 pm Thursday,, just had interesting phone conversations with some guy who told me my maintenance cartridge was here several days later than promised date. Read on if you are interested. My credit card was charged without invoice, tracking, ETA, text, call back, heads up, or nothing. I didn't know my card was charged until I actually received the call. When I called the plotter pros store to place the order, I was given 2 days. Not 7 days. Also I had asked the girl who took my CC to send me invoice and gave her my name, number and email. It wasn't like they had to send a certified slow mail to me for approval. Simple picture of invoice texted to me or emailed would have sufficed. It's 2019. But since I already bought it from else where when I didn't hear back from them, I politely told the guy I didn't need it no longer. He told me he would have to charge the shipping and re stocking fee. And he told me that it was my fault for not calling them back to ask for status before I ordered from someone else. Hmm okay. I didn't know I was charged for a product because no one at plotter pros had bothered to follow up. A phone call saying "Hi. We are sorry the order is delayed. It will be here few days later", would be my 'common sense' way to talk to a customer. And If I knew it was going to be delayed I would have canceled the order right there and than. I was speechless when the guy told me that he was trying to make me "understand that you have to communicate" Maybe I should have treated them like a 5th grader and followed them from home to school to make sure they got to the class and did their homework. I asked why they didn't send me invoice, when they ordered for me, he could not give me a straight answer. So I asked if they had a special order that was not fulfilled in timely manner, do they let customers know? ..no straight answer and he suddenly hung up. I was at my job site so I thought I pressed something by accident so I called right back and several tries later I knew they were avoiding my call. I actually called back to say that I support the local businesses. I grew up in 408 all my life. I know it's tough to operate mom and pop businesses and everyone has bad days. How do I know? Because I am a small local business owner. I know we all build our livelihood one transaction at a time. That's why instead of amazon and eBay, id rather use local folks.... but I do get upset when I receive rude remarks that does not even make common business sense. Now I'm not going to bash and say these guys are crooks and don't use them ever, because chances are I might give them another try down the road. But for betterment of business practice, I will leave them with 1 star for arguing with a customer with a stupid logic like how it's my fault not letting them know to cancel the delayed order when 1. There was no indication that the order was placed in the first place. 2. Order fulfilled much later than the promised date and hanging up the phone and ignoring my call back.

I was in need of poster printing within a day. Plotter pros we're not only fast and accurate, they final product was really good and pricing was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place for all your printing needs.

The defacto standard of excellence by which all other businesses should be compared. The owner, who's humble, kind, insightful and extremely knowledgeable will go out of his way to accomodate you. I've used him over and over and over again for 10+ years because of the amazing service. If you need a printer plotter fixed, he's the guy, if you need a good deal on a printer plotter, he's the guy, if you need something printed on one of his plotters, he's the guy, if you send him a job to print and he can find a better way to get it done or fix a flaw or enhance your job, yep, you guessed it, he's the guy. I'd scream from a mountain top that these guys are the best if I thought it would help. You will NOT be disappointed going her for all things related to plotter printers.....what are you waiting for!!!! #PlotterPros

Saved me from loosing a client!! Amazon lost this same HP Plotter and the logistics company never received it - took them more than 10 days to let us know they lost it! My client was very furious and after 1 call to Peter at Plotter Pros -did I mention it was 4:30pm on Friday afternoon? - he found the exact printer Amazon lost , had it delivered by 2pm the following Monday. Not only was it 20miles closer to our office, but saved us $600 less than Amazon so we could pass the discount onto our client as an apology. Peter then continued to email me with a confirmation that it was on the truck and then a delivery confirmation. He also sent a follow up email just making sure we didn't have any additional questions regarding setting up the HP Plotter. They earned my business for business printers for life!

For professionals, Peter's Plotter Pros is an oasis in a desert of snooty and over important companies. His experience and supply have never failed in the many years we have used him. Could not say anyone is even close to the customer service, care and quality of product for 100 miles in any direction. I would not waste my time looking elsewhere.

TOP NOTCH! Our plotter at work stopped printing and gave us a continuous error code. I called these guys up, Peter answered and had a tech in my office the next morning. So easy to work with and I will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know when they have a plotter issue!

My go-to place for large prints for the past 4 years! I was a BFA Graphic Design student at SJSU and I had to make a lot of same-day prints. I sometimes only had a few hours before an assignment was due and they helped out. They even help you out a little if you're a college student. The prints always came out good. I usually did a heavier weight matte. The Labrador dog is really friendly, as well as the staff. One time the colors didn't come out right, he took the time to explain how to calibrate your screen and prep your file.

We discovered that we needed some full-size print of a large format document. Because the document is 24 inches wide this wasn't easy. I emailed my file to Peter at Plotter Pros. He had it printed fifteen minutes later when I arrived. Awesome service. P.S. this is one of the coolest offices you will ever visit. Worth it just to look around at all of his large-format prints.
