Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jamal Alvarado! Jamal was a total professional from our very first interaction after a personal referral from our realtor. His communication was top notch (it felt like he answered questions before I even hit send on the email) and completely consistent through the whole process from pre-approval to closing. He does a great job of explaining how murky details work, being concise with his requests, and being QUICK. Should also mention that our loan probably took some extra attention on his end- and we couldn't even tell! Could not recommend Jamal more highly for any mortgage needs- we feel like we found the Best Loan Agent Ever.

Jamal was super awesome from start to finish and even after we closed! If you are looking for someone who speaks "human" and not loan robot then Jamal is for you! He explained everything in a way I would understand and be able to communicate to someone else. Kept me in the loop every step of the way, was only an email or phone call away and kept our spirits up when things seemed overwhelming. I believe if Jamal wasn't on our side to help us we would never find the courage and motivation to keep pushing forward to purchasing our home. I highly recommend!!!

Jamal was exceptional! He made every step of the refinance process for my home very fast and easy. He was so knowledgeable and made sure everything on the list was checked off before submitting paperwork. By far one of the most organized and dedicated professionals I've met. And the best part yet is that everything was done via phone and email. His immediate response time for calls and attention to detail helped me refinance within 3 to 4 weeks. Amazing! I've worked with Jamal Alvarado at Platinum Investment Partners 5 times now. 4 times for myself, and again for my father recently. Every single time has been stellar. Jamal is personable, honest, and truly advocates for his clients. He gets me great rates every time I work with him and hasn't let me down. I bought my first home with him, two refinances, bought my second home, and refinanced my father's loan. Most recently he worked with me on the difficult task of selling my first home and buying a new home at the same time. His availability, understanding of the situation, and experience made the whole situation far easier than I thought it would be. Everything aligned and closed right on time. Excellent customer service and skilled in all aspects of the business. If you want to work with someone you can trust to always have your best interests at heart, give Jamal a call. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and was pretty naive. Jamal took the time to explain every aspect of the loan process and made himself available to answer any questions I had. I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer. 10/10 would recommend.

Jamal Alvarado - he is the best! This review is long over due! Jamal assisted in our re-fi a couple years ago, and then also recently helped with the purchase of our first house. He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He made the whole process easy to understand and was very easy to talk to. I strongly recommend Jamal for any and all home loan needs.

Just closed our refinance process with the help of Jamal Alvarado at Platinum Investment Partners and couldn't be happier!!! The process was very easy and smooth. Jamal walked us through every step of the way and quickly answered any questions we had. He got us a great rate and saved us a ton of money. Excellent work by Jamal and his staff! From application to funding, the whole process took just around 3 weeks. Jamal is the man. I started to do a little leg work in March to try and see if it made sense for me to refinance. I reached out to several banks/ brokers directly and was able to get rates, but it was difficult to get someone to walk me through any of it in a substantial manner. One person gave me a great rate, until I realized she was making me pay for that great rate. Jamal was the only person I reached out to that responded to exactly what I was looking for and by the time I decided to move forward in April, he was able to find me an even better rate. Fast forward 5 weeks to last Friday and it is a done deal. Couldn't recommend Jamal and his team any more.
