Walk ins are welcome, but if you don't mind waiting for several hours. Better off going to urgent care, because this place has no concept of time.

Called to make an apt over the phone and the office lady said "Oh I have a spot for 3:30 today if you want" and I took it. Little did I know that I'd sit in the waiting room 30min after my supposed apt time. I asked if they had an estimate when I'd be seen bc I had another apt after and she said it would be another 30-40 min. I don't know why she'd ask me to come in for an apt that they didn't actually have time for. They were gonna make me wait 1-1.5 hours for a scheduled apt. Actual waste of time. May have just been the fault of the front desk person for scheduling me in the first place.

People are rude as hell honestly. I got a call back and the girl Bianca on the phone was rushing me and made me feel so stupid on the phone. I am terrible anxiety and just had to deal with something incredibly hard to plan for only for the front desk people to act like I was some problem. I notice everytime I have to state I’m trans or black I get some kind of attitude thrown at me. I genuinely don’t feel safe going to this planned Parenthood but I have no choice because the people are the same everywhere. If you hate your job, quit. No one is forcing you there and rushing your clients who are under a lot of stress isn’t okay.

I was so scared before my appointment because i read a bunch of bad reviews…Let me tell you my appointment was amazing they made me feel welcome and taking care of. Nurses, MA’s, and the doctor were amazing, responded all my questions and made me feel less anxious.

Danielle the ultrasound provider was quite cold and rude, Kay was professional and spoke nicely. I do think this clinic sends too many black women over to Oakland Planned Parenthood instead of scheduling them here in the location where they seek help and its much "better" at this facility than Oakland.

I’m posting this under a different name because I want anonymity for my medical care, but I just need to say how INCREDIBLE the front staff, nurses, doctors and medical director is at this clinic. I came in for an abortion today and absolutely everyone was so nice, accommodating, reassuring, and made the procedure go by nearly pain free, even without sedation. I didn’t have to wait, every step was explained to me, and I was allowed to make every choice possible, making me feel like I was in total control of the situation despite my massive anxiety. I wanted to hug the doctor after she performed my abortion because she saved my life and provided me with overwhelming relief. Thank you for everything, Planned Parenthood, San Jose Central Healthcare! I can’t express how appreciative I am for everyone that works there.

this will be my last time coming here. the front desk office is super rude she didn't want to help me book appointment saying there's no appointment for today. and so I called the customer service number they have already booked me on the same day with an appointment. the front desk lady is name tiffany. we don't need this type of rudeness especially in a clinic.

A little long for the waiting time, but other than that this location is amazing. The staff is really nice and sweet. They take care of you really good. As well as the DRs there. Rosita was super helpful and extremely nice! Dr Daniela was amazing and made me feel really comfortable during my appointment. I will definitely come back to this location if I ever need to.

This location has to be the worse I've attended to, and will be the last time I come in. Very unprofessional, I missed work to be on time for my 11:15 appointment, and arrived at 11 so they tell me my insurance doesn't cover it, fine no problem, I paid out of my pocket, and they were very quick on charging me asap. They then told me to take a seat, as I was waiting several walk ins came in, and were helped, I noticed I was the first and last person waiting. I then approached the front desk, and was asked to wait a couple minutes more, I had to go back to work and asked for a refund. I understand sometimes appointments are backed up, but having an appointment and not being seen after an hours is unacceptable. If you're looking to get an ultrasound here, do not come here you will be seen two hours after your appointment!

I came in today and had an appointment to get my nexplanon removed and a new one put in. Although there was a long wait to be seen, all the staff that I talked to and that helped me were amazing, super nice and informative - didn't even make me mad about the wait time. These workers work long/hard hours and planned parenthood in general is very understaffed so you can't always blame them. No protestors when I went which was a relief and parking there is great! Before taking my nexplanon out she even asked me if I wanted to listen to music! Never had anyone asked me that before (this is my third nexplanon), and I was fine without but I thought that was super nice bonus because I know for some the procedure is harder. Thank you for your hard work! Will come back again.

I had an scheduled appointment at 12:20 PM , I checked in and sat down there was 2 woman already sitting there 40 mins go by and we're still there the woman beside me said she had been waiting for an hour I wasn't aware that it would take long i was hoping for atleast an update because i had to pick my son up from school so i asked and i admit i had an attitude the woman asked Nancy to talk to me . She let me know that everyone is there for different things some people take longer and assured me they would try to get to me as soon as possible she was awesome . I was then seeing by two of the nicest people they helped me feel very comfortable because i honestly went in with some doubts . Thank you Rosita and kurizma ( probably spelled it wrong you two were amazing !!
