This has been our go to vet since before COVID and was our cat's favorite. Unfortunately, things are going downhill as soon as they became part of VCA system, many of the good veterinarians left and it is now impossible to schedule any appointment. Highly recommend anyone to stay away from VCA system.

VCA Pinnacle Animal Hospital provided exceptional care for my aging Labrador. Despite his complex arthritis issues, the team offered a tailored treatment plan that significantly improved his mobility. The compassionate approach and top-notch service truly exceeded my expectations, making it worth every penny spent.

Have been a customer with our cat with them for a while. Seems to be an employee deleted our profile and now have been refused a service. Very disappointed and so unprofessional. Would not recommend this clinic for long-term services as they -do not how to keep their paperwork. Beware of these and all they told me we do not take new patients. I guess old patients become new if they can not keep their paperwork properly.

This place was nothing like the Pinnacle in old days. Don’t refer to the old reviews from a year ago because those people are mostly gone. Even the front desk is talking like someone in charge now LOL. Avoid at cost or choose to come home with nothing but frustration ?

Been several times with our new pup during vaccination phases. Friendly staff, informative, and really good with our dog.The facility is very clean too and Petco next door is great for post visit rewards!

This place changed. Have been here for five years and hasn't visited in a most recent year due to pandemic. And now it's the rude front desk and no visitors. To the old customers, find somewhere new. I missed the Pinnacle before just like you do

Jeez, $45 to trim cat's nails? Are you serious? Everyone else is charging between $15 and $25. Ever since VCA took over this place they were gauging prices, and they shoot up to the moon. In bare-bones, they charge at least twice as much for everything. And the service actually went downhill, unfortunately. I was such a lovely place to bring your pet, but not any longer.

With VCA taking over everything changed. Prices went up, they want to run more tests to cash in some more, vets that were working there for many years such as the amazing Dr. Edwards are no longer there and that's make me wonder, so I have decided to look for a better clinic for my pup after 6 years.

It's so disappointing to see all these recent reviews but they are all true. We have been with Pinnacle for over 12 years and I can't agree more that once VCA took over, it has been a mess. Dr Shah was so amazing and no she is no longer there. Brandy at the front has always been great but the lastfew times we've gone, they push you on getting every immunization and blood work. I used to always love the Dr Fogey and Dr Moore days and "suggested" the best treatment but let the pet owner decide. We are getting a new puppy and I'm glad I read these reviews so we pick a more personal practice.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to.The staff is very friendly, but they are so unprofessional!!I told them that my dog is scratching himself and there is rash on his belly. The doctor checked, said it is just allergies and gave me some medicine.I applied it to my dog, and it didn’t help at all. So I went to another hospital, the doctor told me it is actually due to flea!! How come a vet can misdiagnose this!!!I will never come to this place again! And also it is not cheap!!

Dr. Shah and Dr. Watson are absolutely amazing. I’ve been taking all of my pets here for years (4 kitties, 2 beardies, 1 bunny). They’re so kind and thorough. I can’t speak for the other doctors on staff, but everyone that we’ve seen over the years (I’ve had MANY visits) has always been truly great. I would absolutely follow Dr. Shah to a new practice if she left.

I've been taking my dog here for over 7 years and loved it before they switched to VCA.Ever since VCA took over, it's been one problem after another. They currently only have one full time vet, which is making things difficult. First, the system of making an appointment is ridiculous. Always having to be put on a waitlist and when they're able to get you in, they're not convenient times or are super last minute availability.Secondly, my dog has been a diabetic for roughly 2.5 years, so she relies on her insulin. There have been WAY too many occasions where my pharmacy has called over to Pinnacle for a refill and the prescription hasn't been filled or was overlooked. What's unfortunate with the short hand now is that it's taking 5-7 days just to approve my dogs prescription. I can't give the insulin without the syringes.I love the vets themselves and they've always have been super kind and attentive, but what was really last straw was the girl who I spoke to on the phone the other day - Jessica. Super unfriendly, rude attitude, no emotion and was not helpful in any way. I'm getting to the point where I'm looking at other vets, which is so disappointing. Pinnacle used to be great, but has changed drastically over the years.

The care our dog received was poor. Each time he saw a different vet, none of whom bothered to review his files. Even worse, the different vets kept switching medications, claiming the last medication prescribed wasn't the most effective. When our poor little dog had a seizure one night & we took him to Sage, we were told the medication was inappropriate for the symptoms & could cause seizures. We then saw an internal medicine vet who diagnosed a disorder never mentioned by any of the vets we saw at VCA Pinnacle. We will never take any of our pets back to VCA Pinnacle. We were lucky not to lose our little dogs

Had a weird call today with Jessica?? Not sure if I have the name right. Anyways I asked about an annual check up for my pet. Been going to this location for over 5 years now. She tells me the closest appointment is about 4 weeks out. I tell her I need something sooner. She tells me go somewhere else. I ask her to repeat that. She repeats that I should go elsewhere. Just an unemotional eff you. Kinda shocked especially since my experience with the front staff till today has been good, even great. Even when appointments were not immediately available. See customers don't leave till businesses eff up. This was my moment. Take your pet to a better place.

Very disappointed. Until 5/2021, my dog had been seeing the doctors at Pinnacle for about 10 years, and I loved them. He sadly passed away (not the fault of the doctors, he was 16). However, We just got a new dog this weekend and I wanted to get him in to finish up his vaccinations, so naturally, knowing they are often busy, called today 9/26. The first opening was 10/18 (4 weeks out), a week after he would need to be seen. In prior years, the office staff were incredibly helpful, working super hard to fit me in (I have a difficult schedule), offering Saturday appointments or putting me on a waitlist. Today, the receptionist (no name given, so I can't tell you who was unhelpful), told me to just schedule the vaccine somewhere else and maybe they could take my dog as a patient after that. She wasn't particular nice, and definitely not helpful, verging on rude. Like many others have said, since they became VCA, they just aren't the same clinic. I had recommended them to others for years, but I found myself on Yelp looking for someone new today, and that makes me sad more than anything, because when my dog passed in May last year, they couldn't have been more supportive, and now I don't see the same compassion or care I once did.
