I took my daughter to get ears pierced today and it went really well. The staff was nice, friendly and professional. Will totally go back to buy some other products there.

I was walking in the mall with my mom and this woman from Banter Kiosk she is just loud trying to convince people to stop by and buy. She is so loud and disrespectful we don't want to buy in Banter so stop to be so old fashion marketing because guess what? We don't like that!!! it's really bad!!! I never buy in Banter before and with this loud terrible old lady I will never buy.
This stupid woman wants you to buy at Banter. He yells at you from the other corner 20% off, and wants you to buy even if you are not interested in buying anything. We're just walking in the mall with my mom and this woman has no manners.
All that's left is for him to jump out of the kiosk, grab your hand and put his eggs in you to buy. It's too much.
Nobody likes to go to the Mall, walk and feel cornered. You choose which store to enter and what to buy.

We were greeted with a cheerful and attentive staff name Angela at Oakridge mall. I went to get my daughter pierced ears with earrings with Angela and it was an amazing experience she was very helpful and nice me and other customers. I would comeback again and buy jewelry from her again over all great experience.

I had a very positive encounter with MICHEL at the Valley Fair Mall branch. He patiently listened to my issue and presented a solution that effectively addressed the problem. His interactions with customers reflect exceptional manners and genuine politeness.I'm giving five stars based on HIS CORRECT customer treatment.

I was a long time customer. I took both my granddaughters to get their very first ear piercing here. I enjoyed shopping with this kiosk up until recently. The manager Angela is EXTREMELY unpleasant every single visit. She is extremely rude, unprofessional and has no knowledge of the jewelry she sells. This place has also gone down hill so much I thought I’d call corporate or Angela’s boss but when I called Angela answered, I asked to speak with her boss and she put me on hold for almost 45 minutes. Would anyone happen to know how I can get in touch with corporate? It would be a shame to see this jewelry store go into shambles due to their management

Curly hair staff tried to upsale me earrings for my baby telling me that the short was not recommended for babies and only used for cartilage piercing (when sign said short was perfect for babies) and went on to say she would not pierce my babies ears… she then charged me twice for earrings and sold me ear cleaner for 2 times the price after ahe had told me it would be complimentary with earring purchase. When she pierced my babies ears she pulled really hard on the gun and dropped the earring cap on the floor , total mess and very difficult person to work with

I will say, Angela was a HUGE help. She really went above and beyond with trying to help me to get the necklace chain of my dreams. They did not have it there so she went out of her way to contact other stores until she found the right necklace and orchestrated it so I could come back to get it from her- eliminating the need to drive all over town. I can’t say much for Banter the company itself. But Angela in particular is a star employee. A shining example of what true customer service looks like. I will remain a customer, so long as Angela is still there.

I was just walking by the kiosk (not interested in their products nor even looking that direction) and the woman behind the counter yelled so loud at me about a 20% discount it startled my children. No other place in the mall was doing this so it seems like this woman is doing too much.

Cheap bad service you can’t get a hold of a customer service rep and when you do they tell you to call the store the store never answers. I have a piece of broken jewelry that was supposed to be under warranty, but I live almost an hour away

One of the best piercing experiences I had. The lady was so nice and she explained everything so well. The piercing wasn’t painful and it went by fast. I set my appointment time for 3pm and came 30 minutes early but they didn’t have other appointments before me so they took me in. Loved it
