Please avoid Hannah. She is very unprofessional and someone you can't trust. When it comes to anytime of insurance, you should pick a trustworthy agent. Unfortunately at PHP, there are none.

Whatever you do avoid HANNAH. These people are rude and unprofessional. Especially Hannah, all they care about is reaching their quota and commission. If you're no longer benefiting them, they'll start avoiding you and giving you nasty attitude. Hannah kept trying to persuade my mom to sign up for a certain health insurance even though she requested for Medicare cause she can no longer work as much. She even BEGGED her to pay another month so she can reach her new year quota. Kept lying that she was going to sign her up but never did. All she had to do was tell my mom the truth, that she didn't want to do it for her instead of stringing her along.

The customer service here is horrible and I wouldn't recommend here for any insurance questions. I called to ask about a quote and before I could finish asking, the representative hung up.

The girl with short hair and looks small very impolite and rude to customer. I dont know her name and I won't work with her again. A worm makes the soup pot!

This place will rip you off on some "investment" but it's just a life insurance. These agents aren't even licensed to do investments I had to explain the difference between a Trad IRA and a Roth to a BROKER. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that has people who know what they are talking about
