I am not a fan of writing for review on yelp but Mike service is impeccable. I drop the same phone twice into the water ( yea i’m stupid) but mike save my phone twice! He is definitely trustable and the price is totally reasonable. If any of my friends need suggestion for repairing phone in the Bay Area i will definitely recommend this one! Apple doesn’t do water damage repair without AppleCare so come here!

Mike Tan is great at repairing phones!! He is located at the back of a liquor shop. Our family hates to throw phones in the landfill. He was able to diagnose the problem and repaired our daughter's iphone for a fair price. Mike is honest. He told my husband the cost of repair for an android and advised against it as the problem could recur. Mike has his daughter's art on his walls!! His phone repair skills are exceptional. Please have your non functional phone looked at by Mike. Spare the landfills one phone at a time.

Phone repair guys are great, they get it done quick and the prices are reasonable. They can fix a lot of things. When I got my first phone as a kid I was irresponsible and dropped it many times but this place was great and saved my phone each time.

Mike is the best phone repair person, he does it fast and very cheap. Always picks up b phone calls and works very hard. I been going here for like 8 years. Best person ever. He is good looking too which is a plus

Drove off with phone on roof. Samsung S20 ultra phone survived but camera cover broken. Many places wanted $65+ saying they needed to remove the back but google search easy to replace just cover. He did it in 10 mins for very low price.

#knowledge - 5/5 #service - 5/5 #value -5/5 #tip - get there early as there can be a lot of customers that need phone help, so the queue builds up quick. #context - came here to help my grandma replace her iPhone battery. #like - Michael was very friendly to us as well as all the other customers I saw him interact with. He does his best to prioritize work to reduce customer waiting time. He also makes it a point to provide great customer service. #dislike - nothing to dislike here! Phone battery is working like new!

Impressive! Went to a few places and they couldn’t transfer my data and was also going to charge me more. I decided to make the extra drive to this place and was willing to travel a far distance for a more capable person. This guy is an expert and took care of my issues as swiftly and as fast as he can. Most importantly he is an honest business owner with great communication and customer service skills as well. My new go-to place for electronic repair.

My iPhone SE (first generation) had completely died and could not be charged. After dealing with the apple store and AT&T, as a last ditch effort we contacted Mike, who was so pleasant and professional. Within 10 minutes my old phone was up and working with a new battery. Thank you, Mike - any future issues we will go to you first!
