The worst grooming experience! They hadn’t called me after 3 hours (last time it took about 2 and they called and said she did great) so I called in to check for an ETA. Lady on the phone told me that my dog was “freaking out” so they can’t finish yet and will call me “whenever”. I asked if I could come get her and she said no. I asked for an ETA and she said “whenever she’s done freaking out”. I then went down there to pick up my dog and she said NO! Because “she’s not done yet” I said I know but if she is freaking out I want to pick her up. She then said NO AGAIN! I finally got my dog back, paid, but will NEVER be returning to this location again.

Previously I had been very happy with the grooming services provided- comparable grooming and very easy to book online. However, my recent grooming was below my expectation. The groomer who worked with my dog cut hair unnecessarily short, either she lacked expertise or imagination. There are many choices for dog grooming available, including those who come to your home... will not return despite the ease of booking an appointment.

This place is probably managed well for retail. The employees are friendly, happy, and helpful. The animals are healthy and well taken care of. Employees are knowledgable, genuinely care about the animals wellbeing, and that they are going to a safe and well prepared new home. Adoption events are also run well by friendly helpful staff who care. Healthiest fish and aquariums I've ever seen in a Petco!

Friendly staff and well stocked merchandise. Wish the products were less expensive though. They do have some great sales periodically. They even have doggie daycare and an adoption center for the shelter/rescues on site.

They have I need. I have a dog and three cats and I get everything I need. I also adopted my kitten there. They have an adoption center run by amazing people.
Cashiers are great and helpful.

The groomer's name is Chongson. I had a 9:15 appointment, but she showed up at 9:50. I was curious about when the grooming would start, so I was pacing outside. When she came out, she told me rudely not to loiter around and to leave. She said that watching from outside makes her uncomfortable and that she’d prefer if I left. She said it in a very rude manner, so I just took my dog and left. The reason she gave for not allowing me to watch my dog being groomed seems very suspicious.

Next to Home Depot Petco is one of my favorite places on Earth to shop for my pets! Professional and courteous staff make the experience quite delightful! Sometimes I just like to walk around and look at all of the different species of fish and assorted reptiles and other animals. Just a really cool and laid-back place that I have come to enjoy greatly! Everything and anything you can think of for your pet is there and if they don't have it on hand they will order it for you! Reasonable prices too! Can't say enough good things about this particular Petco! I hope they keep up the good work!!-Kevin. 🤟🏾
