The customer service was great with Bill and Isaac they both went above and beyond to help with all our questions and helped with information needed to cared for a pet my daughter adopted from someone ,all except for one person a manager with piercing in his ear lobs was very rude unprofessional and really needs help with his customer service his behavior wasn't something for someone of his position and if his behavior was this way to customer kind of makes you think how does he treat his employees something someone should look into other then that experience with him everything else was great with other employees

I would give zero stars if possible. I was shopping with my puppy when I needed to use a restroom but was refused. I explained the need was rather urgent, still refused. Will never return.

Associates handled a burglar pretty well can't really do much these days that's why you have to vote for prop 36 make the punishment for robberies much harsher it's a joke right now
