I had a disappointing experience with the grooming staff at this location. They displayed a lack of patience and understanding toward my dog, who was clearly distressed. I initially chose this service over PetSmart, hoping for a positive change, but was let down. Upon leaving my dog in their care, I received a call urging me to pick him up because he was uncomfortable and attempting to escape the enclosure. I question why my dog was confined in such an unsettling manner, especially when I had scheduled a specific time for his appointment. Moreover, their inability to soothe a nervous dog and their quick decision to call me to retrieve him raises concerns about their professionalism. My dog, who is generally well-behaved, has never faced such issues at other grooming facilities. To my dismay, after a disagreement over their service, I found that my dog had been blacklisted from other locations within their network, which I find unjust and indicative of their poor customer service. This was a shocking and frustrating ordeal, and I would advise against using this place unless significant changes are made to their staff and management.

There was no customer service. I was waiting for someone to show me the fish, but after 15 minutes, no one showed up.

When my family's dog had been put here during vacation, they caged him up instead of putting him in the play area. This led to him hurting himself trying to get out of the demon cage.
