I just recently went to Mt Eden floral co in San Jose for some need supplies for a wedding. All the ladies were so amazing. Kelly helped me out with finding everything that I needed. She gave me tips on ways to use the products that I was buying. She was so friendly and kind. She was so efficient and help me find things that weren’t even on my list that she knew I was going to need. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Kelly for all your help.

While there are no signs anywhere in the store indicating this, the store is for businesses only. Other floral wholesalers I’ve been to allow for individual customers. They were all extremely rude and selection was super sparse. The pricing was not any different than what you would get at a regular florist.

Best customer service from Kelli! She is phenomenal and knowledgeable with all the products. Very creative and talented.I highly recommend this place. The quality is high end at a good price.

I bought two display shelves from Mt Eden for $1500. They were to be brand new. Once I arrived at my destination, I found out that they're too rusty and dusty to be new. I go online and find the same shelves for $200. I sent an email to Mt. Eden asking them about the condition of the shelves, they responded by telling me that they were indeed used, and they apologized for not clarifying that. (They actually did tell me they were new.) They offered me my money back at first, but when I returned the shelves to get my money back I was told there ls no way they can do that, it's against policy. So I wasted a few more hours of my day negotiating my refund after they already offered it a day prior.

My boss sent me here to pick up an order of lights. The person at the front desk was extremely rude for no reason and would not help me at all. Terrible experience would not recommend anyone deal with these people.Edit:Nelda was extremely helpful, polite and an all around awesome person. I did not return but my coworker did and had a very good experience. Bumped up from 1 star to 3 because of Nelda.

I have been a customer of Mt. Eden for year and they never cease to surprise me with their great customer service. Nilda went out of her way this week to get some vases I really needed for a project. She called several other employees in the San Francisco Branch (even though it had already closed) and didn't give up when the vases were hard to find among the inventory in the back. Thanks to her and the employees helping her I have what I need. Nilda is a gem! Her positivity and willingness to help others makes warms one's heart and makes you feel taken care of.

Nilda went above and beyond! I needed 31 containers for an event, and she not only tracked them down, gave me several shipping options, got them here on time but was also great to work with. Will definitely keep them on our preferred vendor list for future events
