Our experience has always been positive. We finally had to install a new Trane A/C at our Lake house. Jacob and Trip came out early on a Saturday morning to install the new A/C. These guys rock, they were knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to everybody.

The experience was great. The guys who came out to install were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We have a two story home and therefore had an AC/heater unit installed on each floor. They crawled under the house and climbed into the attic spaces and were able to install both units. It only took two days.

Not even a single star worth !! cheating customers by all means . Initially they confirmed there will be no charge to quote for HVAC replacement. And a person sent by company, himself only chatted with us for while and then charge $185$ for “advice given on thermostats” and mark it as a service charge. We are not moving forward with them after this, just imagine what all hidden charges and how many lies can be there further. !! IF YOU WANT TO EMIT MONEY ASK STRAIGHT FORWARD, DO NOT FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I requested a quote from Pelle Heating and AC. Charles spend 30 mins educated me about the options. I have talked to 5 different contractors and Pelle is the best in terms of knowledge sharing and customer service. I am still working on final decision but can't wait for give 5 star comment for the great service

Pelle is an amazing company and I would have no hesitation recommending them to others to work with for their heating or cooling needs. My project was very complex and operated on a timeline that Pelle accommodated, but in reality, no reasonable business should have been expected to accommodate. They installed a 5-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system at my home in San Jose. Since I was undergoing a whole house remodel at the time, they were able to work with my contractor to install part of the system before the drywall went up and once the remodel was near finished, they were able to wrap up the rest of the project. Not only was their installation top-notch, their customer service after the system went live was also impressive. Like any mechanical system, somethings may not work quite right out of the box, and they have been amazing with responding to questions and providing followup visits to optimize my system. My wife, who loves an air-conditioned home, is appreciative of the service, so thank you!

I came across Pelle based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They have done a ton of work for me including 1 full AC / Furnace, 1 heat pump for my family room, a HRV, and 1 heat pump for my office. Excellent quality and responsiveness. Have had stellar communication with Steve - his team comes out and fixed any issues and provided me with the excellent level of service. I have five residential properties and have been relying on Pelle for my HVAC needs for over six years now. Charles has done work for me in the past on a variety of jobs and it has always been top notch. Our home air conditioner went out two days ago and the people at Pelle came to the rescue once again. Charles arrived and within 5 minutes recognized exactly what the problem was. It was fixed in no time and, as an unexpected bonus, he took the time to sit down with me and share advice on proper operation and regular maintenance so my air conditioner would run as efficiently as it was designed to do and last a lot longer. I'd give them 10 STARS if I could!

Charles not only fixed our air conditioner on a hot and sunny day, but also took the time to teach us about the air conditioner, how to recognize when it is not working properly, and the kinds of effects on the house and our health that can occur when it is not working properly. We are now better equipped to take care of our own system before it gets to a point where we need to call in his valuable expertise.

They came and replace our air ducts. They did a good job. Ducts are working well 5 years later.

Can’t say enough about this company. They take care of their customers. Gary diagnoses and fixes hvac systems with surgical precision. Extremely efficient. Highly recommend for Bay Area
