A great store for party supplies... but what makes this location GREAT 5 STARS rating is the customer service it's great and the staff are very informative and helpful... I would as looking for something I could not find .. the staff jumped in to help find it ... very helpful so if you need something unique this is the place to look

The service is good.The guy who assist us was very polite and helpful.... The place has a lot selection and prices are reasonable .Best thing you can return the item 7 days before Halloween!

Best customer service ever. My husband went in today with one of our kids after finding a Halloween mask her was interested online for sale. But when he went in, the person at the register was unable to change the price. He tried to order and pay for it online for pick up, but it won't let him. The young lady at the register suggested that he put it on hold and to try back later in the afternoon after the manager would be working. We came back before 5 p.m., and he ( my husband) got help from two young ladies. After one of the registers, wouldn't let her change the price to the sale price. The other lady stepped up and was able to finish the transaction. As that was going on, the store manager had walked up to see if he could help. Best customer service, I recommend always going to the PC on Blossom Hill over the Tully location since they have the worst customer service we have ever dealt with. Thank you, Party City on Blossom Hill. You made our day that much better.

I came in to this store for the first time yesterday. It’s not my closest location but I was in the area. I was welcomed immediately by a cashier/guest service with a “welcome to the party!”.Found everything I needed. Staff was also readily available to help if needed.My 2 year old put just about everything in my cart. When I went to pay Francisco assisted me. He was such so patient as I filtered through things I was buying and putting back. He assured me it was ok and I kept apologizing for Mekong more work for the staff.He was just very nice and as he assisted me he ensure each guest that walked in was greeted with a “welcome to the party!” I really thought that was great. They are lucky to have him!

One hour wait to inflate one little balloon even though there are literally only 10-15 people in the whole store. The cashier simply refused because the give preference to online orders. Their prices also don't justify their existence. Target or Walmart next time for sure, the way they treat customers at the store is insulting.

I went this store to buy some toys on 5/19/2023 about 10:30am I think, there was a male staff, I forgot to ask about his name, he helped me to find the “Super Mario Pop-Ups 6ct toy” because there was empty on the shelf at the time, he was very nice, friendly and helpful.Thank you.

Did not notify me that the eater eggs purchased were final sale. purchased an extra bag and asked if it was ok and was told yes at the Saratoga location. Tried returning at almaden (closer) and told not 7 days before.Except I let them know that I returned items same day as I bought too much. They said they are lenient up to the day, but the day passed.So in summary, the employees take it upon themselves to honor their own policy or not and pick and choose what and when it is acceptable.It's common practice for a 30 day return period. Anything else should be disclosed.

I was greeted the moment i walked in and the person was incredibly friendly. I wish i got his name but he's a fantastic employee. This location also had a lot of great things and was very clean.
