Please don't bring your vehicle for repairs to this location. In the middle of the repairs I received a phone call from the person that was being in charge of my repairs stating that I'm gonna have to pay 4? hours out-of-pocket of labor because the pain is not staying in my vehicle, even though they had already charged the Insurance for this work and also got paid through the insurance for this work. They wanted to charge me as well for another four extra hours when I came and picked up my vehicle the bumper it was not installed properly. They had to glue it. I was missing some screws other areas where they fixed the vehicle and today I had to bring it back because one of the door when I open it it's scraping and pushing towards the front driver door, I spoke with the supervisor she said well drive your vehicle home and once the part is ready, then will call you in. We have you bring back the vehicle and fix it. It will only take an hour. what kind of work is this? I was recording and she didn't want me to record and she walked away. To avoid headaches please don't come here.

bad service. I hit a slope with my Benz convertible. I searched Google found here and stopped by at the first time. Then the front desk keep chatting with other customers and when I wait here for 20mins already and asked she said another men after me had appointment. So he should be first. Ok I’m fine, but when I asked how long is the waiting. She said there is no ETA! And I can either waiting for endless(another one come in they can still jump to the front) or come back tomorrow. But there is no sign here said appointment only.! I asked about manager, she refused and said manager also on meeting phone for all day! And I asked for manager contact card, she refused again with the funny excuse: manager only answer meeting calls.They discriminate Asia people I feel. People collision already feel bad and the receipt made it even worse. They have no sign here for appt only.Worst body shop receipt I ever met.One word want to reminder the owner of the shop, I arrived at 1:15 and wait until 2:30, your receipt not back from the lunch, and I asked the for which time they will back, she said 1 hr, then I said I will wait. The she said no time limited for lunch! Does the owner read reviews? If so, do you know your receiptions took lunch as afternoon teas? Do you know they said their manager always on phones? Do you believed they are fully booked in Thursday afternoon but dare not to share calendars and manager contacts?

Unfortunately, this company bought Pan American Auto Body repair and they will not honor the free wash and wax every six months ? I will be using a different place from now on!

Horrendous! Had front end damage with estimated repair time of 8 days according to insurance. They had car for three months! They shipped the car back and forth from their shop to a manufacturer dealer several times because they botched a repair procedure/process. Also ordered several parts that, according to them, came back incorrect which compounded the delay. Horrible customer service.

I dropped by Crash Champions for an estimate since it used to be Pan American and I had great experience from them in the past. The 2 estimator at the front was very kind and courteous. One of them checked me in and asked me to wait once I filled out the form. I waited patiently and just started working on my laptop while I waited in the office. About 20 minutes in, the estimator told me she would be right with me after a customer. I was fine and just continued to wait. Then after 10 minutes she called me to the front desk to tell me she wouldn't be able to squeeze me in because I dropped by without an appointment. She was very nice and she even accidentally started speaking Spanish to me even though I am not a Spanish speaker. I thought it was funny and we had a laugh. While she tries to see if we can work something out, another estimator in the back decides to jump in aggressively and rudely. She started to explain to me how drop in works like I didn't speak English and make accusations that I was telling her to stop what she was doing to quote my car for me. She then tells me that it seemed like I wasn't understanding the 1st estimator who helped, and that was when the 1st estimator interjected to correct her and she left. Eventually the second estimator at the front told me she would be able to try to take pictures in 20 minutes for me and I agreed to wait. It was probably about 5 minutes in and she came out and assisted me. She was very nice and took some pictures and told me the first estimator would be sending me a quote by the next day and sent me off to go about my day. I was very happy with 2 estimators at front and I was very confident that I was going to have my repair done by Crash Champions when I came in, but after that encounter, I may have to shop around.

This is an extension of the other location.... Horrible customer service!! Got rear ended on the freeway less than 2 weeks after I took delivery. Their agent called me as soon as I got off the phone with the insurance of the person that hit my car. Went in to get an estimate and was told that they're busy, but I should expect to get the estimate within a few days. I called the next week and left a message for the lady that was supposed to send me an estimate, but never heard back. That was July. Needless to say, after waiting for over a week (almost 2), I went elsewhere and received the estimate in 30 minutes and have since gotten my car fixed. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ANNOYED

Worst company to trust your car with. It’s been close to 2 months for a basic body shop repair. No one has clue what’s going on there. Still waiting to get my car back

Pan American Collision was an exceptional body shop to work with. I chose to work with them based on their google/yelp reviews and ratings, and it was just a plus that they happened to be a preferred shop with my insurance.Dan was extremely friendly, helpful and transparent throughout the whole process and kept me updated on the progress timely as well.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who ask.Services: Painting

They do not follow their workflow. They said it will take 3 days work to fix a scratch and repair glass. They took 3+ weeks and messed up the brand new vehicle. They said they will paint the whole hard top but painted only the side which had the scratch. The left the white marks on the end of the hard top. They did not verify that they had the right part before accepting the vehicle. They did not verify that the vehicle is properly fixed. They work with CSAA inspector and fooled him as well. They were offered to me by CSAA. Please stay away.

The paint job was done very good .However, while picking up my car, the driver's seat power recline function did notwork properly. I am positive that it was functional when I dropped off my car and whatever damage might have happened,happened while the car was in the care of Pan American Collision center.I realize that no work was supposed to be done on the seat itself. However, the power reclinecould have been operated to perform the vacuum cleaning of the back of the car and there is no other way to reach therewithout operating the reclining function since the car is not a 4 door car but a 2-door car. I have tried to contact the company a number of times by email but did not get back a single responseService: Painting

Great job in fixing the side of the vehicle. Looks as good as new! Time to repair was also reasonable. Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is because some old parts were left in the back seats. Car was filled with dust, and asked for the old tire to be left in the trunk but no avail.Service: Body & Trim

My review has more to do with customer service than the work done on my vehicle. Long story short I had an issue after my car was returned to my wife so we had to take it back to the shop. The issue was fixed but it was unclear whether the issue was going to be covered by my insurance. My wife received a call from "case specialist " Illiana saying the car was ready. She was on speaker while my wife took the call. I asked a few questions, she responded by saying "who are you" and that she (Illiana) was talking to my wife even though my name is in the work order. She refused to hear me out, constantly talking over me. I eventually gave up trying to have her hear me out so I asked for her manager. He eventually called, I explained what had happened. All he could say was thanks for letting him know about the poor customer service and he would use it for "training purposes" in t he future. Not once acknowledge and apologize for Iliana's horrible customer service. Again it's hard to judge the quality of work since we have only had the car back for a few days. Just based on the customer service aspect I would never go back or recommend this shop to anyone
