Absolutely horrible experience. I had a lab appointment for my son at 4:50, reached the at 4:52pm. Took me an hour to travel. The older guys just refused to do the test. He said the test will take 15mins and he has to leave by 5:00pm. Why the hell you allow an appointment if you can't do it.

Awful lab experience. There is no clear indication of where the lab check in has moved to. the lady at reception made me wait to tell me go check in somewhere else and then after waiting long in another like I encounter another arrogant person at the lab check in. What is going on with the staff here? I've been to multiple PAMF locations and this one by far is the worst.

The service here was awful. There was only one lady checking in the long line of people waiting for lab work. Even though we had an appointment, we still waited 40 minutes before even being called back for the blood draw. We usually go to PAMF Los Gatos, but thought we'd try this location. Never again!

I went for my preventive care check up to this location. The doctor was really nice and discussed my situation and ordered some routine tests. Couple of weeks later I'm stuck with a $600 bill from them because apparently none of the test she ordered were covered under preventive even though I was told they are preventive. Now Sutter says it's my responsibility to know what tests are being ordered and the doctor will not talk to me. Be careful with this location - they'll fleece you for all you've got. You are better off going to a different doctor and location. I'm still struggling to get this sorted with them - if I could rate this a 0 star I would

The whole family is PAMF patients. In recent years we had uncomfortable appointments with radiology staff and video visits doctors. Rude and unconcerned with medical conditions. Obviously wrong reasons to go into medicine.

After patiently waiting in line for my lab test, the front desk person rudely told me to go in line pointing to the end of the line. I told him “I was in line” . He just shrugged not even apologetic. I felt humiliated feeling as if i was a child reprimanded to go in line because i did something wrong. Adding insult to injury he did not even apologize.I felt humiliated and discriminatedWith my 3 disappointing appointments with them I would say their services are very poor, slow and their staff are very unfriendly .I hope all these bad reviews of paying patients must and should be dealt with.NO STAR AT ALL!!!!

Medical negligence! Protect your children… go anywhere else. We scheduled an appointment for 8-month with high fever. When we arrived the doctor refused to accept him with the excuse that the office scheduled a 15 minutes appointment instead of 30. We tried to insist to get medical treatment from any doctor, but nothing helped. Seeing an helpless 8-month baby and refusing medical treatment is non ethical and cruel.

Go anywhere else for your children health. These people from the staff to the doctors are heartless, unethical, and negligent. I scheduled an appointment with PAMF for a sick high fever baby, once I arrived (20minutes early) they refused to accept him because they accidentally scheduled a 15 minutes appointment instead of 30. They left an infant with 104 F to wait in the parking lot for 50 minutes and refused to take responsibility or give him medical care! We insisted that someone will see him, anyone, but they just sent us away. I have never seen anything like that.. don’t take chances on your children, think about what the doctor might miss next time that they are not in the mood to do their job

Very disappointing visit. Wait for 3 months for preventative physical checkup which should be fully covered by insurance. But receive a doctor visit bill few weeks later which they decline its a preventative physical exam visit.

As a new patient, I went to my annual physical checkup. It was always fully covered by insurance for many years before I moved here. But receive a doctor visit bill few weeks later because they decline its a preventative physical exam visit. Very ridiculous, not recommended.

I thought I had an in-person appointment and then suddenly they tell me I need to switch to a video appointment. If I had known this beforehand I could've gotten the video appointment scheduled at an earlier time since there were open video appointment slots earlier. It's very frustrating. Also, I feel like their pricing is not very competitive, and it's not very transparent either. For example, it's difficult to find out the price for a video visit relative to an in-person visit, or what a "low-to-medium" level appointment exactly means on their pricing chart. How do I know if I'll get charged for a low level appointment, which costs $69, or a low-to-medium level appointment, which costs $144?

My daughter had an appointment with a doctor at this location., 17 miles away from my home. When I parked my car, asked for directions for Dermatology department, I was told that I need to go the 2nd floor. I found out on the 2nd floor that this not the building that we need to go to and was directed to Clark Building. I followed the directions given by a staff member and went in circles to find this building. I went back to the entrance of the main building to ask for the directions and I was given new directions. I followed these directions and finally found the building. When we went to the 2nd floor of the Clark Building, we were told that we were late and need to reschedule to another day. There is no place to give a negative review on this board or I could have given one. Please be aware of the time constraints and the inability of the people to help you properly at this medical facility before you take appointments. I am disappointed by the service this medical facility provides to their patients and would not recommend anyone to go here.

Very bad service. They have one admin to process the paperwork and she is so busy. If you don't have an appointment please stay away. Very slow. Why don't the company hire people on part time basis. They said 50 mins if u don't have an appointment but it is more than an hour and half Stay away
