We had a pleasure to work with David from Palms group. David is very thorough and understands each and every requirement and give meaningful suggestions when needed. He genuinely wants to help and add value to the project that he is working on. His team is extremely hard working and very professional from the beginning. We renovated our master bedroom/bathroom and very satisfied with the results. Looking forward to working with David on more renovations/projects.

Right from the initial consultation until the end of the project, David made sure everything was in line and as planned. He spent a considerable amount of time to understand our need and what we really want out of the new bathroom. Based on our requirements, he gave some great suggestions and insights. His team was able to complete our project on time and if there were any hiccups, he made sure take care of it immediately. After the work was complete, the area was cleaned up by a professional cleaner and David ensured that we were happy with the results - which I really appreciate since that shows that he really cares about his clients! We worked with David and his crew for a full bath remodeling project. The experience has been so pleasant. There are several characteristics that make David prominent.1. David is honest. He was the first contractor that went to my home and gave me a quote. Instead of pushing me to choose him, he told me to talk to at least three more contractors before making the decision. He also sat with me and introduced me to the detailed remodeling process. I learned a lot from this informative session. Among all the contractors I met, David’s quote was the most detailed, and the prices was the most reasonable for the service they provided.2. David is responsible and able to resolve issues in the remodeling process. When we did the tiling, we found that the trim pieces were not of the right size and we didn’t order enough floor tiles. David was a savor. He bought the replacement trim pieces from another store for us and also brought us similar floor tiles. He even offered to buy new tiles with over-night shipping out of his own pocket.3. David is detailed oriented. After the vanity is installed, he found the right outlet is off by an inch. At this time, the wall had been plastered and painted. However, he took the trouble and asked the crew to cut the wall and move the outlet to the right location and then redo the plastering and painting.4. David is responsive. You can always to expect him to return your messages and calls in short time, which assures you that your voice is being heard.The crews are also easy to work with and respectful. On the first day, they taped protection paper onto the floor and installed some plastic shield to protect our bedroom. David also ordered a portable toilet for them to use, so they don’t need to use our bathroom.

When David first came to our free consultation, He promised many things , he seems to be very nice and honest person ,but then we found out that his company is almost like a scam. after a small investigation , we found out that he is hiding important information from us . we found out that this business hasn't been established since 2015 as he said , his experience in the business is maybe 2-3 years. contractor license showing 2 years in business. The car physical address for this business : There is not a real office there . He doesn't have a real contractor license He is renting his license. He promised sending us the estimate in one week instead got it 4 weeks later . price : over priced for simple bathroom remodel. When we asked if he will fiscally will do the job he said he has his crew , they all getting hired as a sub contractors . some of them are not licensed. Be aware ! You can hire those subs , to do your home renovations for less .

I am so happy with the remodel of my two bathrooms. David and his team were great to work with. David provided a detailed quote for the project. Included in the quote was design assistance from his interior designer. She spent the day with me picking out materials for the master bath. Her vision was above and beyond what I could have imagined. David's team started with the demo of the hall bath, and they brought it up to code and added wiring for recessed lights and a bathroom fan. After the primary inspections they started the remodeling. The bath went from an early 1990's feel to a modern bathroom. I had ordered most of the materials for the Hall Bath. The tile is from Bullnose Tile for both bathrooms. The vanity is from Ikea with custom made drawer fronts from Semihandmade.com. Once the hall bath was completed, they started on the master bath. I am so happy with the result. The materials for the Master Bath were from KZ Cabinets, Belmont Hardware, Tiles from Bullnose Tiles. The master bath had a roman tub that was taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. There were delays in receiving some of the hardware, but David was able to come up with solutions and even came back a month later to have a few items that were on backorder installed. David is a perfectionist. He takes pride in his work. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the results. David and his entire team did a fantastic job on our guest bathroom. The room is now our families favorite room in the house! My wife and I aren't always the easiest customers, but David took the extra time to put us at ease by communicating and discussing with us each important step of the project. The result is a really nice looking bathroom, serving both form and function, and 4 happy clients. (my wife, the kids, and I). I highly recommend Palm's Group Design and Build Company, to anyone looking remodel any part of their house.

David and I have become very great friends after this entire process. David and his crew treated our home with the utmost respect and courtesy. We spoke to many contractors and we found David to be the most personable and accommodating. The trust was recognized and the trust was there. Let me walk you through our process: 0. Before the job, David made sure there was a portable bathroom outside the house so the crew would never be stepping into parts of the house beyond the construction area. We met with the designer where I sent inspirations to create a mood board. After the designer understood the feel that I was going for, she gave us a rendering that we fell in love with and begun the process. David's designer went with us to a remodeling store to show us flooring, finishing, shower accessories, etc. I felt this part was a bit rushed and we were pressured to make a decision. In the end, we did not go to the remodeling store and ended up finding the materials on my own -- not a big deal in my mind. 1. Demolition - This is where the team excelled. During demolition, the crew was quick and fast and laid down protective materials onto our carpet and quickly removed all the trash. He made sure the crew took away the dumpster each night and there was no debris that was left over. 2. Framing, Plumbing, Electrical - We removed a few walls and added new sections as a part of this master bathroom remodel. Framing came up very quickly and we passed city inspections with flying colors. 3. Walls - This is where things start to get a little messy. The drywall needed to come down because cutouts were not properly framed for shower niches and medicine cabinet. 4. Tile & Grout - Because of COVID, tiles were backed up and this is the part where I am really grateful of David. Many builders will not let us wait and delay the project but David paused the project for 2 weeks so that the tiles could come in. 2 weeks became 3... then 4. At this point, we were dying to get this project finished so David had his crew do every part of the job that could be done without the tiles. Things start to get a little messy again. The bathroom vanity was installed before the wall were painted (to save time). The walls came up with tile and then we realized the design would not pass code and had to be redesigned. We then had to wait for tiles again. This is where I say... if you can avoid Porcelanosa, please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Things were just not done in order but David and his team did the best he could with what was given. When the tiles finally came and was installed, I wish there was more of an effort picking the right pieces to make the flooring look more unified. For example, tiles with more character would be clustered together to let it flow, instead of being randomly scattered. In addition, the tiles weren't perfectly flat in the bathroom and I'm beginning to notice a larger bump in it -- once again, things that I'm knit picking about but not a huge deal to me. 5. Painting & Finishing - Because of how things went into place when the tiles were delayed, it really messed up finishing and painting. At this point, I pointed out small issues that we noticed and David was our savior. He was able to figure out solutions for each one of the issues that was raised. Overall, this is the only shower that I shower in now. I am in love with it and I am so happy I got to spend this time with David. David was patient, accommodating, and a genuine friend. I called out all the little things in this review to give a transparent view towards David and his staff but overall, he's a great guy and I would not hesitate giving him a call for a conversation.

Palms group helped us renovating our master bath. We had great experience working with David and team on the project. During our first meeting David mentioned that, he looks at every project as an opportunity to build relationship for current as well as future works. So his team tries to ensure that the project is completed on time with high quality. In our experience David and team did adhere to their vision and commitment. Here are some of the plus points - For this project we interviewed 5-7 contractors and builders, amongst all of them Palms group price was most reasonable for the service they provide. - David was very honest and open about the scope of the work and rough estimate of the time for the project. - They started work on the date promised and completed it close to the promise end dates. There were few challenges due to covid related shipment delays which delayed work a bit. - During the work they tried their best to keep rest of the house protected and clean. All the workers wore mask and were respectful of our family spaces outside of the work area. - Our assigned designer helped with design/3D rendering, went with us to the supplier shop, helped order all the needed materials and helped us use their contractor discount on purchase - Even after the completion of work and full payment, David and team helped prioritize and promptly correct couple of minor issues in the bathroom. We look forward to working with Palm group again for our future renovation works.

David's team recently renovated 2 bathrooms in our house. Everything was well planned and there was good attention to detail. The onsite crew kept the premises clean and also took care of disposing off all the construction trash.The work was completed on time.They took appropriate Covid-19 precautions. Overall, we are happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.

This is my second project with Palms Group Design & Build Co and I “owe” myself and them this review since the completion of the first one. This time it was the guest bathroom remodel that has been done in an admirable quality and on time as promised. My satisfaction with everything about these guys is just as high as with the first remodel they did for my home. Honest, Professional, and fairly priced.
