The delivery date was delayed twice, they didn’t even check their inventory before promising you the delivery date. Terrible customer service ever, wasting my 1 hour on waiting the customer service forwarded the call 6 times. Finally, I returned the item, I will never shopping with them again

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator, which developed a problem 2 months ago. From the first visit, the serviceperson promised to get the part and come back. After that, I have been waiting 6 and half weeks and they still haven't contacted me. Their service center just keep hanging up your call. Absolutely DO NOT buy any appliances that may break from this place.

CONDO OWNER NEVER BUY FROM PACIFIC SALES The sales team and logistic team never talk to each other. The sales people only care about sales, not about the delivery. Specifically asked for hauling the fridge to first floor on a condo. They said it will take 2 weeks for 4 people team. Wow you need four people (not three, not two, but four) people to haul a fridge upstairs. On the delivery date, two guys show up and asked to drop off the fridge in garage or else it will get delayed by another 2-3 weeks. Still waiting to hear back from pacific sales, I believe I'll have to hire people from outside to get my fridge installed. Also charged $30 for fridge water supply kit that costs $15 at home depot. Dont get ripped off, buy from a local vendor who talk to logistics.
