I got introduced to Jennifer 3 years ago thru my Vietnamese co-worker. Never had a bad experience. She's always friendly. Just a friendly tip. You might have a language barrier if you don't speak the Vietnamese language like me but my form is simple. I just bring all my w2 and she takes care of the rest. Don't expect to be a commercial tax preparation company that will answer all questions. but she is legit and knows her stuff I recommend her any day. Now time to book my vacation lol.

Huong Le is absolutely a narrow-minded b***** I was introduced by my Vietnamese friends, I was not happy about her service , but after the service she talked badly about me with my Vietnamese friends behind my back, if you care about your privacy, please avoid her service. She's very unprofessional.

I love pacific multi service center office; located at 1816 Tully Rd Ste 220, Lion Plaza. Jennifer Le and her associates have helped me to become a smarter business person and they helped me to manage my money as well. I feel confident with this office and I know they have my back if anything goes wrong. They are super friendly and I consider them as family members. They helped me from tax return. Best decision I've made for my business. I highly recommend pacific multi services to anyone who wants to have peace of mind for doing income tax.
