I recently had my car serviced at Pacheco’s Body Shop and I am blown away by the exceptional service I received! The staff were friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. The workmanship was top-notch - my car looks brand new again! The prices were also very reasonable. I highly recommend Pacheco’s Body Shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable auto body work. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

Hi! I took my car in May (yes, it took me a while to write this review!) to Pacheco's Body Shop to get my bumper repaired, and I am very happy with the results. Staff is very friendly and they did everything perfectly and also notified me about the updates and estimated time to wait!
They even waited for me to bring the car after their opening hours because I was stuck in traffic. Not only they repaired everything - they also cleaned my car perfectly!
Totally recommend this place! :)

Poor service, poor communication. They just cancel the back ordered part on their decision and just let the customer know afterwards. Don't waste your time here.

I brought in my 13 year old Lexus ES 350 that had peeling paint on the hood, trunk, and rear view side mirrors. He took them all off, repainted them, and amazingly matched the paint exactly. I was thinking there would be a color difference but he matched everything perfectly. I highly recommend Carlos and his crew who do incredible work.

Though I didn't use Pacheco when I took my car in for an estimate Carlos gave me an estimate 1k less and was willing to work with me knowing I was paying out of pocket! What a nice and reasonable guy!

Impressive work. My truck looks like it has not been damaged. Less than 2.5 weeks. If some idiots hit my vehicle, I'll send it over to Pacheco's for repairs.

Carlos has been a great. There were so many things that I was not aware of with regards to rental and insurance. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable about everything. I would highly highly recommend him for all your car needs . Will definitely go back.

Outstanding customer service. They will give you a ride if needed to a car rental place of ur choosing. Carlos the owner makes the process as painless as possible and will contact and speak with the insurance companies on your behalf for the proper estimate needed to fix your vehicle correctly the first time. He has done more than 1 car for me and I bring all my friends and family now. Everyone has been very satisfied with his work! The estimate is also super reasonable!

Can't explain how great this body shop is! Juan, Carlos provides excellent quality and service! He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired as fast as possible with like new quality.
