When I go to Home Depot - I can wander around for hours without an employee to assist. My go to is now Outdoor Supply Hardware. Every time I am in the store, at least one employee asks if I need help, which I usually always to. I needed some specialty hardware items and the employee who asked was not familiar with that area. He called over John who is the go to man for hardware. He found everything I needed and stayed with me until I had all the supplies needed for my project. Thank you Outdoor Supply for always putting the customer first!!

Went there to buy a machete for the garden and Teddy (big shoutout to Teddy) was phenomenal in helping me find it, inquire about the price match (online price match with Amazon) and definitely with the eventual purchase as he let the cashier know about the price match.He did walk me through the options available as well and definitely helped me by making visit short quick and to the point. The checkout process was pretty efficient as well and i would highly recommend the store for your H/W needs.

Don't bother calling on the phone. If you actually get a real person they will not know the answer to your question. In the store it was very difficult to find an employee who knew where to find a particular item. I purchased some general painting supplies and was surprised at the high cost. I bought them and at home checked the cost at Ace and Home Depot. I had paid 30% more at Outdoor Supply than either of the other stores so I came back to return them. The woman at the register for returns accepted the returns but when I tried to tell her about the unreasonably high prices, she told me to stop talking as she was not interested in hearing the reason I was returning the items.

Fastener selection brings tears to my eyes after far too many hours spent at other national brand hardware stores digging through piles of garbage only to find a variety pack made from the lowest quality scrap metal on the planet containing exactly 3 of the fasteners I need in the wrong length that strip half-way through installing them for the first time.

There are a lot of nice items but terrible customer service! I won't be coming back I was practically followed around the store and the cashiers were extremely rude

Complete fail. Shed inventory didn't match actual at store. Pre-ordered shed with delivery and assembly. No show on promised date. No help on phone except when it came to cancelling the order. Store closing soon? Thumbs down to Nick and Ray for the runaround.

Very organized store. Got 3 things I wanted in a single trip - Grilling supplies, gardening stuff, and home repair tools. Love the friendly staff there.

Higher prices than home depot. But since the Ace Hardware closed next door, this is the only store in the neighborhood. Service is friendly.

Since the re open I've been here maybe about 4-5 times.(I used to work at osh on branham and helped with moving over the Princeton plaza before they all closed) I usually will pick a few cool things off the shelf as I make my way to the reason why I came in. A few items I think are cool and want to show my boyfriend. After that I'll put certain items back based on what I can afford or if I just was showing him how cool the item was. I always always put items back where I get them from. After that I go and purchase what I came in for. As I said by to manager he asked where my items went (maybe 4-5 items In my hands I put back ) The manager told me I always do this and never purchase anything (which I have every time I've been in which has only been like 5 times since they opened they are the only place that sells hand warmers all year. I have receipts) and it makes him nervous so next time I'll have a personal shopper. I'm like sure whatever makes you feel better buddy. He approached my boyfriend and said he will get a personal shopper next time and when my boyfriend asked why ? He wouldnt say why , but we all know why , he thinks we were stealing. I don't even come in to this store often. Excuse me for SHOPPING . I'll gladly give you a list to do all my shopping for me. Get ready because it's going to be a very very long list....

Good hardware and tool selection. Very similar if not a larger variety of hardware than Johnson lumber in Morgan hill. 3/8 grade 70 chain by the foot. 3/8 grade 70 grab hooks. Variety of surge protectors. Grade 8 lock washers. Big stuff you normally would not find in other places. Better hardware selection that tractor supply in Gilroy.

Horrible service from the manager. Workers don't care about their job, just going through the motions of service. Manager should be demoted, very unprofessional demeanor!
