Friendly customer service, centrally located in a large shopping center surrounded by delis, fast food restaurants, etc, it's at the corner of Story and King Rd, San Jose, Ca, minimal waiting in line, clean hallways and shelves are fully stocked, very helpful and willing to exchange any defective part under warranty, unlike O'Reillys on Alum Rock Av, that has a 90 day warranty policy, even if the part has a 5yr warranty, they will not exchange the defective part, regardless if the extended warranty still in effect,

I went into return some brake pads I did not need. instead of simply explaining that the items must be returned to the location which they were purchased,them the cashier (didn't catch her name) and Jose were being extremely rude and argumentative. Between the two of them they could not convey the return policy. I said I was going to go somewhere else and Jose said you should go somewhere else instead of taking care of the situation. When I said I was going to review them he said go ahead.

Friendly, helpful, they connect with each other looking for a part so that you don't go to another store and not be able to find the parts you are looking for. Thank you for the kind gesture you did for me on an emergency day and my truck needed parts quickly.

Don't go here!! Customer service was horrible. They are not attentive at all. As a customer standing in line, I hear one employee say hey man, you have somebody here. Did that employee look up from his phone ... No! After a minute he realized I was standing there and says "oh shit!" How unprofessional! Must have been training as he had no uniform on but a Paris looking soccer jersey. Whether or not he was training not okay. Poor Luis assistant manager looked beyond frustrated. Tip to Luis Don't show your emotion to your customers. I understand your job is tough but as customer I don't need to here you have been there since 6. Will not be coming back here no matter how bad I need a part.

I needed a couple of headlamp bulbs for my prius but had no clue what type or how to install them.Arrived at O'Reilly and Thomas came to my rescue, he diagnosed my problem in an instant, found the correct bulbs and installed them and my new wiper blades ,all within a few minutes. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this store.
